Trevor Carson: DVT scare has made me appreciate how lucky I am to play for Northern Ireland Goalkeeper Trevor Carson has spoken about his joy at being involved in Northern Ireland's training camp this week after recovering from serious illness.

Today was the toughest day, almost 100 miles again, but he didn’t give up. Hills, blisters, torrential rain and inconsiderate drivers, nothing was stopping Neil. Now time to rest and enjoy the feeling of no cycling tomorrow! 🍺🏆🚴🏼‍♂️🎖

Day 4 - Penultimate stop - Helford Village. One of Dad’s most favourite places. Neil has tired legs (some more brutal hills) and been hit by heavy rain, so a quick stop at the Shipwrights before heading to the final stop. 400-mile cycling challenge in memory of Ilminster and Chard dad TWO hard working fundraisers are set to take on aches, strains, wind and rain to cycle more than 400 miles in memory of an Ilminster man.

Day 4 - Update - Quick support vehicle stop for replenishments (😳🙊) and off we go to Camborne - 🚴🏼‍♂️🏆🌊

Short leg to Bodinnick Ferry then to Fowey and more hills 🚵🏼‍♂️

111 days and counting until I set off on the 380 mile ride down to Cornwall for thrombosis UK. Every penny donated goes straight to the charity to help them maintain the fantastic work they do raising awareness of this potentially fatal condition.
