Immediate Warning Regarding Budgam By-Election Campaign Material
This is an urgent and strict warning to ALL INDIVIDUALS, POLITICAL PARTIES, CAMPAIGN WORKERS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA USERS to immediately CEASE AND DESIST from using the Photos and Videos of MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi in connection with the ongoing By-Election in Budgam constituency.
Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi is NOT A Part Of By-Election and has publicly announced he will not be campaigning. The unauthorized use of his likeness and media can create confusion, mislead the public, and be a violation of ethical electoral conduct.
Any person or entity found to be using the photos or videos of MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi for the purpose of campaigning or influencing the Budgam By-Election will face strict legal and disciplinary action.
We urge everyone to comply with this notice immediately.
