Are you curious about Tabata? Come check out our class Thursdays at 6:30!
Tabata is a highly effective workout due to its high intensity intervals and ability to burn up to 13.5 calories per minute.
Tabata consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Due to the nature of the workout your body keeps burning calories up to 48 hours after at an increased rate due metabolic rate doubling for 30 minutes afterwards.

New in Newton! 🏋️‍♀️🥊 opened just a few months ago in Newton Center. Founder & Lead Trainer .c.g offers one-on-one personal training sessions and group classes, in their beautiful light filled space. Michael has been boxing since the age of 12 and served as a Marine for four years, and both experiences deepened his passion for fitness and wellness. His wife, can speak to his knowledge as a trainer, because she's been working with him since they first met!
