Spontaneous guest class announcement!

Tomorrow we get an impromptu visit from jiu-jitsu coach Florian “Flo” Krause! Flo is a jiu-jitsu brown belt and luta livre black belt from Germany. He has competed worldwide and learned from some of the best jiu-jitsu coaches in the world, including Lachlan Giles, John Danaher, Priit Mikhelson and Greg Souders.

After the class (18:15-19:45) we will run an open mat until closing. The seminar will be donation-based. We hope to see you all there!
