Happy Halloween eve, eve, eve.....😉
Playtime workout halftime with my kitty baby Micha. 😹 Fun with a roller.
It's a good day to lift something heavy....helping mama with my teeth. 😹
Due to the widespread fear of the Corona Virus, my community gym is closing until further notice. I have been advised that a few of my clients community gyms have closed as well. If any of my current clients (or any new) are interested in doing a private online workout with me (utilizing your own bands, yoga mat & equipment and of course we can always do bodyweight exercises), let me know. I'll be available. I'm also down to train outside. Let's not allow this thing to stop us from staying fit & healthy. All we have to do is get creative. 😉🏋🏼♀️🧘🏼♂️ Message me below⤵️
Leaping into the rest of 2020 like...
Let this be the day & year that you LEAP into the life you're meant to live and the body you've always dreamed of creating.....ready, set, LEAP!🐸🌈

😆 Guilty 🖐
You are so much more.....and people need to know you. 🙂
Pondering thought for the day~
"...sometimes the happiest ending isn't the one you keep longing for, but something you absolutely cannot see from where you are."
Just keep going!✌
Happy Valentine's Day. Thank you for being such great friends and supporters. Xoxo💕💋
Reminder to self: "You still have a lot of time left to make yourself be what you want", xoxo💕
Happy New Years!! 2020 is going to be your best ~ healthiest and fittest year yet. God bless! 💕
My idea of ChrisTmas, is very simple....loving others. And the true message of ChrisTmas is this...."we are never alone". (Roman's 5:8)
Enough to take the actions required for your happiness...Enough to cut yourself loose from the drama-filled past... Enough to set a high standard for relationships...Enough to feed your mind and body in a healthy manner...Enough to forgive yourself...Enough to move on.💕
Can you see the difference? This is what I see daily regarding any exercise that I teach.... The difference between an experienced trainer and non experienced. I correct clients when their form is incorrect (like in this pic) for the sole purpose of preventing injury. Not to be judgmental. And because I care. xoxo💕

Sometimes you'll just be too much woman.
Too smart. Too beautiful. Too strong.
Too much of something that will make someone feel less than.
Which will make you feel like you have to be less than who you are.
The biggest mistake you'll make, Is removing jewels from your Crown to make it easier for others to carry.
When this happens I need you to understand...
You don't need a smaller Crown.
You need people in your life with bigger hands."
Monday thoughts: Hang out with people who make you feel good about being you. 💕
Stretch daily my friends.
"Life has no remote. Get up and change it yourself!"
Monday- Truth: Honestly, when I got home this afternoon I just wanted to take a nap. But I know my body will never change if I give in to what I want to do. So I'm in my gym on a spin bike....I started my day teaching a kettlebell class. But for me. I need to burn 500+ calories a day or 15000 steps just to maintain.
In order for me to keep menopause at bay I have to keep going. This is my second cardio of the day. Next up is weight training. It may be Monday....but just keep going! Never stop trying to reach your goal! 😅💦👊💪🚴♀️
Interesting Facts....🤔 Choose healthy my friends. 🤗 Additionally, doing an intense cardio session once, twice or three times per week isn't going to effect your weight loss unless you CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS!! ONLY when you choose to follow a healthy eating plan and DAILY cardio exercise (yes, that means 7 days per week burning 500 + calories/day), will you start to see results.
Today ...don't forget to love yourself! xoxo💕
