Really excited to get things going for this racing season! We’ve been working hard to get everything ready. Seeing what we can do to make it out to Oklahoma City at the end of March with the micro and then start focusing on the sprint car come April!
Locked it in to the stock non wing A Main!!!! Starting 9th tomorrow night! Can’t thank everyone enough that helps make this happen! 📷 teejay crawford
We’ve had a decent shootout so far! Started 3rd in outlaw non wing, finished 1st putting us 24th in points out of 267 cars. Started 8th in stock non wing and finished 3rd. 51st in points. Had some trouble with the wing cars so we’re gonna drop those classes. Looking forward to the non wing qualifiers tomorrow! Hoping to put it in the show!
33rd annual Tulsa shootout prep is almost complete! I can't wait to run with the best in the country next week.
Well it didn't end how we hoped but had a good time at El Paso country raceway in Colorado racing for $4,000. It was our first time there and we ended up winning the heat race from 5th which put us starting 3rd in the A. After being patient for a few laps running 2nd I took the lead and started checking out. A few cautions bunched the field back up but we were able to pull away from the field each time. Unfortunately coming to the white flag the chain let go on me and put a hole in the motor ending our night just over a lap early. Still had a great time and can't thank Jay, Robert and Payton enough for the help as well as all of our sponsors that keep this deal going. Thanks to Mom and Dad for all the support and letting us jack the truck.
Finally got back to the track last night after a month and half break. We were trying a new setup and it was awesome right out of the box. Had a great run going in the heat race going from 5th to 2nd in 3 laps, I was running down the leader but felt the motor lay over and pulled in. Looks like it spun a rod bearing but luckily saved it before it put a hole in the motor. Although it was short lived I had a blast and as always I can't say thank you enough to all of my sponsors and the people that help me out. We'll regroup and get back out there as soon as we can!
Picked up our 5th win in as many starts last night at sandia speedway! Had a little bit of drama between hot laps and the heat with a charging system issue which caused the battery to die. Barely made it out for the heat, started second, got to the lead right away and lead the whole thing. In the main we started 3rd and got caught up with a slower car for 3 or 4 laps while we were running 2nd, got to the lead and never looked back! Just like driving a Cadillac! We have a few weeks off then we're California bound for California speed week!
Picked up win number 2 on the year at sandia speedway! Forgot how to drive a wing car in hot laps and ripped the left front off but the crew got her back together just in time for the heat race. Started pole in the main and lead flag to flag putting 3/4 of a lap on second! She was rolling! And the track was awesome! I can't thank everyone that makes this happen enough!
Happy to say we picked up the win at the season opener! She was rolling! Started 3rd in the heat, fell back to 4th and ended up with the win. Started 4th in the main and after taking the lead on lap 2 we ended up taking it by a half lap! Special thanks to Robert, Mom , Dad, Payton, George, Shaun, and Bubba for all the help and of course all of our awesome sponsors!
A couple laps in the non-wing car from practice today! Itching to get this season started!
Had a carburetor issue in the A class heat due to the fuel. Started 5th finished 4th. Barely made the qualifier. Starting 13th in the wing qual, and 1st in the non wing qual tomorrow!
Today's stock Non Wing heat. Starting P1 in the qualifier Saturday
Both non wing sessions went really well! The car feels awesome. Putting the wings on and rolling out for A class race number 62.
Ready to roll for non wing practice at the 32nd annual Tulsa Shootout first thing tomorrow morning!
9th to 6th in the A class heat
Just ran our hot lap sessions. Car feels pretty good. Rolling out 4th in both our Nonwing heat and A class heat
Couple laps around port in the A class car. Still a little rusty but we'll get there. Night one of the DRC tomorrow night!
Non wing heat from Amarillo last night before a crash in A class ended our night prematurely
