MANY ASK AM I TOO OLD OR TOO YOUNG!?
Answer is, you're never to old to get your arse into shape! š
Some have the attitude that once you hit a certain age, YOU'RE DONE!
Which of course is daft! So yes, your body has it's ups and downs and your body is naturally dying every day of the week.....š¤®
But until you're in the grave, being fitter, is BETTER!
You may have to adjust and get smarter with your sports or your personal best as you get over certain milestones, but that doesn't mean you'RE DONE.
Be smart, make goals, think long term gains not short term and you will always be able to achieve BIG, at any age :).
One things for certain, you don't want to be whinging all your life because every time you go to walk up the stairs, you get out of breath!
GET FIT, HAVE FUN, CHOOSE THE HEALTHY LIFE! šŖš

MOTIVATION
Need some motivation?
Motivation is something that everyone needs.
Some are good with āself motivationā and some arenāt.
Your aim is to find out what motivates you and build upon it so that you can be very self motivated as time goes on.
If you look in the mirror, non-motivated, on a daily, things need to change. š
You need ambitions, goals, wants and needs. These things will get you up everyday, will get you working hard and achieving BIG!
Lets list some motivation examples below that people use for fitness and health:
- Weight Loss
- Lean muscle
- Aesthetics
- To be the best
- Role model to your kids
- To be a better person
- To be a better person for your partner
- To be able to more activities
- To succeed more
- To get to the next fitness goal
- To become more happy
- To earn more wealth
- To improve time management
- To look great on holidays
- To look amazing on wedding day
Etc etc etc
We could list a 100 more things right!?
The only reason why you āarenāt motivatedā is because you have nothing to aim for, not because you āarenāt a motivated person in generalā.
Everyone is building a fire inside themselves for lifeās survival, maybe even a few fires. This fire needs to be worked on, daily. If you donāt feed that fire, it will eventually go out. You need to feed that fire to bonfire night standards! Thatās when s**t starts to happen! š„¢
Everyday or at least every other, you need to look at your goal as a reminder, maybe grab an external motivational source such as music, a motivational speaker, a Youtube channel or even a family member, then take those āmotivational sticksā and add them to your fire! š„
So where does motivation really come from?
IT COMES FROM WITHIN!
Only you can build that deep internal fire..

Training in different Seasons
Time off the year š
Do you come out to play in particular times of the year?
Whatās your favourite time of the year to work out and get your Fitness on?
I personally would rather work out in the heat. I like that you warm up very quickly and thereās something about the sunny vibes that makes feel invigorated.
Winter, ergh, not so much for me, but Iāve always trained hard throughout as the winter will toughen you up mentally as well as physically.
But Iām choosing summer vibes!

What happens when I donāt stretch?
So at the time of writing this, Iāve been a bit naughty and havenāt been consist with my stretching, business is back open fully, Iām training a lot of volume, and yes, Iāve been skipping the most vital thing of all, stretching!
What Iāve noticed after 3 weeks of non consistency:
- Everyday Iāve felt a bit tighter
- Little niggles / injuries started to surface
- Sleep has been effected
- Stress has gone up
- And flexibility and mobility feels rough!
Iāve now jumped straight back in and smashed out 30 minutes of our Gravity yoga and feel back on the mend.
If youāre planning to train hard and achieve physical goals at any age, you must take stretching seriously. You donāt want to be 30+ whinging that youāve got so much soreness and stiffness that it stops you from doing anything you enjoy.

LEARNING AND GROWING
When it comes to health and fitness, do you see yourself slowly growing!? And I donāt mean because you have a sweet tooth š
Iām talking about knowledge!!
The quote āKnowledge is powerā has significance to it of course, but if you use the knowledge for nothing, whatās the point?
But knowledge comes first and thatās where you need to start. Grab a book, read an article, buy a fitness mag and just take in chunks at a time.
If you fill more of your time with health and fitness doings, youāll be sure to start wanting to get involved more and then youāll start making tiny gains towards your overall health, and who doesnāt want that!?
Start this week by grabbing some knowledge and feed your brain with some goodness š

HAPPY BANK HOLIDAY! šš
How do you spend your bank holiday?
I've always worked through bank holidays, as it's just another day to me, having said that, it's also the perfect time for many to rest and take advantage. You make sure you do you, and spend the time doing what makes you feel good! :)
It can also be a great time to take hour or so to plan ahead. Planning ahead even just for the next few days will give you a very impressive feeling that will allow you to progress your wellbeing, and we all want that in some way or other.
