Mon 26 Mar we will do some outdoor cycling stuff (weather permitting!) - bike handling /skills, drafting (how not to!) and transition training. You will need your bike, helmet, appropriate clothing, training shoes (even if you normally clip in please come along in running shoes) and a water bottle. If the weather is rubbish we will do the session indoors. CHANGE OF TIME - 1730 by bus shelter in car park outside IBC. Am in office in Monday (x5490) for any queries. Jo

Lucy is going to be doing the session on 05 Mar. I am afraid neither she nor I are avail on 12 Mar but I will put up some suggestions for sessions. And on current planning it's back to me on 19 Mar - if the weather looks good and you are able to bring your bikes along we can do some bike handling skills; otherwise I think it's about time we did a run interval session .....
