Gave it everything we got,

Tonight 7 our our 9 drivers took off to USA International Speedway for New Zealand Sim Racing’s National Midget Series

Feature Results:

- Aaron Kelly: 4th
- Karl Hoffmans: 10th
- Mitchell Gee: DNF

B-Main Results:

- Jacob Dickson: DNF
- Dale Jordison: DNF
- Lachie Beattie: 5th (B2)
- Declan Dent: 5th (B1)

Aaron got rolling early with 2nd quick out of 43 cars and showing impressive speed in the heat and dash to start 2nd. He managed to blitz past for the lead at the midway point before a yellow with 10 to go caused Aaron’s momentum to shift and unfortunately lose out to 4th.

Karl managed to move forward from the B to 10th and Mitch unfortunately couldn’t get moving and tagged the fence early.

Dale showed good speed on his return but unfortunately ended up in someone else’s wreck in the Heat and the B. Jacob, Lachie and Declan all got caught up in wrecks early on in the B and couldn’t make it back to a transfer.

Good speed again shown from our boys however just need to work on our late race speed as we seem to struggle as it goes slick but we’ll be back ima Thursday for the opening round of ASC 410 Sprintcar Series👊🏽

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet as of the last couple of weeks as many of our drivers were busy with personal life matters, however our boys were still loyal enough to compete in the leagues throughout the week.

We missed uploading 2 MSL Rounds and an NZSR round, however unfortunately the podium streak has come to an end after 6 straight across the 2 leagues, it’s safe to say the last few rounds haven’t gone our way.

NZSR Round 12 @ Charlotte:

- Aaron Kelly: 4th
- Mitchell Gee: 6th
- Kobi Dent: 14th
- Karl Hoffmans: (15th
- Lachie Beattie: DNF
- Kaidon Brown: DNF
- Jacob Dickson: DNF

Was a great night to see all 7 of our drivers who entered the night managed to start the feature however the boys just couldn’t seem to get rolling in the end but still a solid result.

MSL Round 14 @ Eldora:

- Aaron Kelly: 10th
- Kobi Dent: 12th
- Lachie Beattie: DNF

Kaidon brown was unfortunately fenced for the transfer position in the B-main on the last lap and missed the A, as well as Jacob and Karl also bowing out in the B’s.

Aaron was running a strong 2nd when on a restart he was turned into Turns 1 and went to the ROF and unfortunately suffered damage but managed to get back to 10th.

MSL Round 15 @ Lanier:

- Aaron Kelly: 5th
- Lachie Beattie: 13th
- Kaidon Brown: DNF

Harley and Jacob would bow out in the B mains.

Unfortunately it’s hasn’t been the best of nights recently with most our drivers taking a bit of a break from practicing on the sim, as it’s starting to show on our race nights. Our drivers have also been very unlucky in turns of getting caught up in other people’s mess but, that’s racing.

We look forward to returning to the track next week kicking off with:

Monday Night - NZSR National Midget Series (Rnd 13)
Thursday Night - ASC Series: 410 Sprintcars (Rnd 1)

We would also like to give a massive shoutout to our major sponsor, MG Contracting for their continued support!

DMS go 4 from 4 podiums with MSL!

On Wednesday night 6 drivers entered into Round 13 of MSL at Kokomo Speedway.

Feature Results:
- Aaron Kelly: P3
- Kobi Dent: P7
- Karl Hoffmans: P9
- Kaidon Brown: DNF

B-Main (Top 3 transfer):
- Jacob: DNF
- Lachie: P4

DMS now are 6 from 6 in podiums for races entered over the NZSR National Midget Series and the MSL Series!

Aaron managed to grab 3rd on the final lap by 0.020 seconds over Slicks Joel Berkley!

Kobi Dent made his best finish with MSL after making his first Pole Shuffle, he then got involved in a wreck, went to the back and got back to 7th!

Kaidon was running strong in 3rd from the B main until he caught the wall ending his night.

Our boys are back on track Monday Night for the New Zealand Sim Racing National Series to see if we can keep the streak alive👊🏽

DMS go Back to Back!

Last night 8 of our drivers saddled up and took off to Volusia Speedway Park for Round 12 of the Midget Super League - Iracing Series.

Feature Results:
- Kaidon Brown: P1 from P1
- Karl Hoffmans: P18 from P11

B-Main:
Aaron, Dale, Jacob, Kobi, Lachie and Harley would all DNF

Unfortunately the majority of the team seemed to be magnets tonight and ended up in other people’s mess.

Still a massive result to have the last 3 rounds of the league be a 2nd followed by 2 wins!

Our next meeting will be in a weeks time, where we come back for Round 13 of the Midget Super League👊🏽

DMS on the top spot, as bitter sweat victory for the team!

On Wednesday night our drivers headed to Lernerville for Round 11 of the Midget Super League - Iracing.

Aaron: 1st from B9!!
Kaidon: 17th
Karl: 18th
Harley: 21st
Jacob: 23rd

Kaidon Brown dominated out front for 29 of the 35 laps before falling over the ledge and bringing on the yellow light. This then allowed Aaron to battle it out for the lead and end up winning after coming from 9th place in the B main!

Our boys now have a little bit of a break before the next meeting👊🏽

Another week, another podium for DMS

Last night 7 boys from the team packed up and headed to Williams Grove for Midget Super League - Iracing Round 10.

A very good outing saw the team put a car back on the podium however it was a bitter sweat one.

Aaron managed to lead most of the race up until the white flag when he was slid for the lead into turns 1 and couldn’t cross it back over, unfortunately Aaron ended up settling for the runner up spot.

Jacob would end up limping home in 12 whilst, Kaidon and Kobi we’re unable to complete the 30 laps after getting involved in incidents.

Harley, Dale and Lachie would see there nights end early in the B main unfortunately.

Still overall a very good outing for the team as we continue to build momentum week after week.

With most of the real world takes virtual world stuff finished at the moment the boys won’t be back on track until next week👊🏽
