Alright, let’s get honest and real here for a second.⁣

This is reminder for y’all, (well really a reminder for me, but maybe you could use it too) ⁣

We cannot expect our bodies to look and feel the same as they did pre quarantine. ⁣

We don’t have the same environment, equipment, support, and honestly motivation... I mean I can only speak for myself, but I can’t be alone in this. ⁣

Maybe you’ve lost muscle, gained some fat? I know I have 😅 (also please don’t take that as me calling myself fat, that’s not what I’m saying lol) ⁣

Back in the day, at this point I would have been SPIRALLING...⁣

Today? Mmmm I feel kind of uncomfortable and really unmotivated to workout on my own, in my little family room. ⁣

So I’m taking it for what it is and I’m working with that I’ve got...⁣

👉🏻 getting in lots of movement! Whether it’s walking, long boarding, swimming etc. ⁣
👉🏻 more stretching and more mobility ⁣
👉🏻 working out with other people⁣
👉🏻 getting in 10 min Tabata sessions... it’s better than nothing! ⁣

At the end of the day, I accept it for what it is! We can dwell on it, or we can do something about it! ⁣

I just hope that whatever crazy rabbit hole you’ve gone into your mind, convincing yourself that some how your self worth and beauty is less than before... that you can come back to this moment, be present, and take your body for what it is right now 💕⁣

Gosh I feel better now 😅❤️⁣

I think my biggest lesson in life this far and will probably continue to be... is just always being so damn true to yourself. ⁣

Do not suppress your emotions, they won’t kill you.⁣

Do not pretend to be into something, even when you’re not.⁣

Do not just go along with what everyone else is doing, even when you don’t want too.⁣

Do not put energy into things and people that don’t make you feel good and value your time.⁣

Do not vibrate lower to match the energy in the room- you make the standard for the energy in the damn room. ⁣

Keep showing up as your true authentic self, and you will literally become a magnet to everything that is supposed to be in your life. ⁣

Because what is meant for you, will not miss you.

10 hard gut wrenching truths no one tells you about becoming an online entrepreneur...⁣

1. You can go from feeling like you’re a total badass, to feeling like you’re the biggest loser in the world in a matter of seconds... and go through that cycle multiple times a day 🤪⁣

2. People closest to you will project their fears about your business onto you... don’t let that get in your head.⁣

3. Even though you’re an “online entrepreneur” there is so much work and connecting that can/should be done offline.⁣

4. Just because you’re educated and qualified in something, doesn’t mean people will buy from you. They need to know, like and trust you.⁣

5. You could spend months on a program/product, and want to destroy it all the next day🙃⁣

6. Finding out what your niche is and who you’re taking too, is a lot harder than you would imagine... if you know, you know lol⁣

7. You can launch a program/product that you believe is amazing and no one will buy it. ⁣

8. You will correlate the success of your business with your personal worth... don’t do that, you’re two different entities. The sooner you can detach from your business as a part of who you are, the better. ⁣

9. Going online is not a get rich quick plan... you actually need a lot of patience and a lot of consistency to start seeing any kind of momentum.⁣

10. You want to grow and level up in life? Become an entrepreneur. It’s the FASTEST way to personal growth along with relationships.⁣

Everyone has, or is currently dealing with these things. No one is immune from it, despite what you see and hear from people you look up too. ⁣

All of this being said, you still have a drive and a want to keep pushing through, until you do start seeing that success.⁣

In my eyes, that’s what makes you a successful entrepreneur.⁣

Looking in my bank account and seeing -$299.99 for consecutive 3 months, forcing myself to get help from the government, was a defining moment for me.⁣


How about putting out a/multiple program(s) that you have put your sweat, blood, and tears into… truly hoping and praying that “this is going to be it”. I launch, and crickets… That was a defining moment for me.⁣


I hear and read all the time that as an entrepreneur you’ll have that one defining and memorable moment where you rise up from the ashes and things will change…⁣


For some, maybe. But don’t get it twisted… that’s not the case for everyone.⁣


I believe you will have multiple pivots, turning points, rock bottoms, and sky highs in your life time. All pushing you in the direction for your next course of action, or to learn another lesson.⁣


So here I am. Pivoting again with my career, and some people may think I’m crazy… In fact, I’m sure if I had a business coach they would be cringing.⁣


But here is the thing, there is this life changing thing that happened to me… Another defining moment in my life.⁣


I learned about HUMAN DESIGN. More specifically my UNIQUE human design.⁣


Just like we have our biological DNA, we have energetic DNA.⁣


Human design, is a mix of modern and ancient sciences that give you your own specific energetic blueprint on how to get everything you want in life, with the LEAST amount of resistance and riding you of those unneeded speed bumps.⁣


I have been living by my design, for the past few months and I’m seeing my life changing so quickly right in front of me…⁣


For one, changing my career to being a human design analyst, was something I felt like I needed to do. My gut was screaming at me… and guess what?⁣


I have hardly even talked about it myself, or launched it… but I am ALREADY getting PAYING customers through word of mouth and referrals…⁣

Perspective is EVERYTHING right now.⁣

If there is one thing that I know I’m good at (most of the time lol) is being able to fine the positive/good/lesson in every situation.⁣

I actually don’t feel anxious about Covid19 / Coronavirus looking at the facts. What does make me feel anxious is seeing everyone’s response to this situation. ⁣

Panic is not going to prevent the virus from infecting anyone. In fact, it just makes the situation less tolerable in my opinion. ⁣

This virus is here, its going to run its course and thats inevitable. I’m choosing to deal with it in the most positive and logical way possible.⁣

👉🏻Only listen to information and facts about the situation from reputable organizations ⁣

👉🏻This is a great opportunity for me to do some inner work on myself and slow down… this is beneficial for everyone ⁣

👉🏻Spending more time with close family and friends as it is recommended to stay in and avoid high traffic areas… play some board games, start a new series etc.⁣

👉🏻Be outside in nature on my own. This brings so much piece for me, and this gives me more of an opportunity to do more of it.⁣

👉🏻Continue to work on building an even healthier and stronger immune system! You will benefit from this all year round. Being in a fight or flight response actually compromises your immune system. ⁣

👉🏻SLEEP a little more/longer. All of us could benefit from more sleep.⁣

👉🏻and of course spend more time with my little angel daisy may ❤️ practicing gratitude for all of the little things that bring me joy, peace, and love⁣

The virus is here, its all about how we deal with it that will make the most difference.

Here’s a really really REAL look into my life right now: ⁣

I’m 26 and still living at home with mom and dad 🙋🏼‍♀️⁣

I’ve spent $1000 in business fees this month already... it’s March 2nd lol 🙆🏼‍♀️⁣

Emotionally the past 2 months have seriously been so incredibly tough, where I’ve literally wanted to throw in the towel and not do anything... 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

I’m an entrepreneur with my own health coaching business that I am actually shutting down, and starting something new... (I’ll fill you in tomorrow) that being said, out of integrity... I’ve chosen to pay back and refund money for the remainder of some of my clients weeks with me (depending on their scenario). My heart isn’t in it, and it’s triggering really bad eating disorder thoughts. 🙆🏼‍♀️⁣

And physically, my body is telling me to slow wayyyyyy down. Chronic things seem to be continuing without understanding why 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

So incase you’ve been comparing yourself a lot lately, or feeling really down on yourself... we all have challenges and struggles. ⁣

But even through all of this, the anxiety and uncertainty, I believe that on the other side of resistance, there are HUGE breakthroughs and so much growth. ⁣

So I’m ready, and I know all of this will be worth it in the end 👊🏻

When someone can help validate everything you’ve been feeling, but have been too afraid to say it out loud, or even look at it⁣

When someone can say “this isn’t working for you” and your whole soul feels the biggest sense of relief... because you already knew that to be true.⁣

When someone is able to tell you all of the gifts that you were actually born with, and when you focus on them, you’ll get everything you want in life. ⁣

When someone gives you the permission to do things differently, and not follow what’s popular. Because you have your own way. Everyone does.⁣

Laying in bed wide awake. Thinking and worrying about everything in my life... so instead or continuing to worry...I wrote a letter to myself.⁣

Ally,⁣

Its okay that you just don’t know right now ⁣

It’s okay that you change your mind, about people, your job, things you like, ideas etc..⁣

It’s okay that you have big dreams and have 0 idea of how you’ll get there.⁣

It’s okay that you aren’t where you expected you would be when you were 13 (I should have been married by now with 2 kids, 1 on the way, and I should have been a vet 🙈)⁣

It’s okay that you do things differently than other people... different doesn’t= wrong ⁣

It’s okay to have fun, you don’t have to work all the time, you aren’t expected too.⁣

It’s okay to ask for help and to ask for the things you need.⁣

It’s okay to be honest with how you’re feeling. You don’t have to be the super happy friend all the time... especially if you’re hurting (even though 90% of the time I genuinely am the super happy friend) ⁣

It’s okay to make choices with your intuition.⁣

It’s okay that you’re a highly sensitive person, you feel so much deeper.⁣

It’s okay that you’re awake right now, worrying about not sleeping will only make it worse. ⁣

It’s okay to be authentically you, the right people will support you and stick around ⁣

I was going to use this as meal prep post eventually... but I’m not feeling connected to that right now.⁣

Instead, I want to talk about loss. After losing this sweet angel yesterday, and having our hearts shatter... there are some really important lessons that have resurfaced during this time. ⁣

1. I have received 70+ messages on social media, about Louie... whether you know me or not. (Thank you 🙏🏻) but it just goes to show that there are so many people who care about you out there when you are hurting- always ask for support ⁣
2. The small things are what matters most... I miss the way he would stare at me and whimper until he got all 4 of his treats every night. Or the way he would lick every single thing and object when you put it to his face 😂⁣
3. Life is short. You never know when it’s going to be over. Love everyone and every animal that is in your life.⁣
4. There is such thing as unconditional love. Louie showed that to us every single day. Just as I’m sure your animals do too. Especially dogs ❤️⁣


I will continue to remember these lessons as I hope you do too, moving forward.⁣

Is it placing this huge NEED on being the best vs. Doing your best? And understanding that you can’t and will never be perfect, there is just no such thing. But you can always strive for excellence and know you gave it your all? ⁣⁣⁣

Is it placing a huge NEED to be in an expired relationship because you don’t want to be alone vs. Letting go and stepping way to allow for someone new and more fulfilling to come in. ⁣⁣⁣

I think it frustrates me so much, because I know we’re all so powerful and capable of so much. We just limit ourselves and convince ourselves that we can’t. ⁣

Give yourself the permission and choice to step out of the victim mentality and into CHOICE ✌🏻💕

👉🏻Finding what makes you happy, and doing that every day⁣
👉🏻 Being a supportive person, but let them do the heavy work ⁣
👉🏻 Be responsible for YOUR energy and what lights you up. Soak in it, bathe in it and live it.⁣
👉🏻 Have faith that the people in your life are strong enough, and brave enough to get through their suffering. You’re actually doing them a disservice, by not letting them. ⁣
👉🏻 Say yes when you want too, and no when you want too. ⁣

I know it sounds so simple but I also know how difficult it can be... ⁣

But you can do it, just practice, practice, practice!

You don’t need to be so hard on yourself, take the pressure off.⁣

Things are happening all with the right timing, and you are exactly where you need to be.✌🏻💕

Stop looking for a way to avoid and move past things, when the only way is through it ⁣

Stop playing small because it intimidates other people ⁣

Stop killing yourself over what other people think about you ⁣

Stop isolating yourself when you need support ⁣

Stop breaking commitments to yourself.⁣

Stop hating on the vessel that allows you to do so much in this life= your body

HOW TO TRAVEL AND STAY ON TRACK?⁣

The mindset that I have with this, is the same mindset I have with every other day of your life: ⁣

PREPARE, DO YOUR BEST, AND LET THE SMALL THINGS GO:⁣

1) Prepare:⁣
If you can, bring snacks that are nutritionally dense, bring a refillable water bottle, bring some protein you can easily mix with water, even meal prep if you can!⁣
2) Do your best: ⁣
save some quick 10-20 min at home/hotel workouts you can get in, try and walk places if you have the ability, try to make nutritionally dense food choices when eating out, practice being present⁣
3) Let the small things go:⁣
And if none of that happens^ LET IT GO! A vacation is literally like 1% of your year… If you completely let all your healthy habits go while you’re gone, it’s okay, and I promise you will live.⁣


What actually hurts your progress and mindset is the 2 weeks you spend after your trip in self loathing and self pity ⁣

OWN IT AND MOVE ON FRIENDS 💕😌

I did strictly cardio at the gym for almost a year, when I first started working out lol (I hated every second of it😂) ⁣

Going to the gym and being so confused about what to do, how to use all the machines, wondering if you’re even doing it right, because Whitney Simmons made it look so easy 🤯⁣

I know, it’s overwhelming😅 but I’m telling you, you’re over thinking it again ❤️⁣

So before you get discouraged or convince yourself not to go... ⁣

1. Ask someone who works at the gym how to use the machine or the equipment! That’s what they’re there for, and I’m sure they would be happy to help you and show you! 🤟🏻💪🏻⁣
2. Come in with a plan! If you have the exercises you’re going to do, you can look them up on YouTube and get a tutorial before you go, or even when you’re there! 🤓⁣
3. Bring a friend! Someone who may be more advanced, or maybe you guys figure it out together 🤷🏼‍♀️👯‍♀️⁣
4. Or try and fail! And if anyone judges you, that’s a THEM problem, not a YOU problem!⁣

Any other advice, for anyone who may be new is welcome to share!💕👇🏻

These are the ONLY 3 rules I have with my clients ⁣

PLEASE DO NOT:⁣

1) Eat less than what is prescribed. Granted, for some it may feel like a lot of food and I believe in listening to your body. If you are stuffed, we can chat and see what could work better for you! But please don’t feel the need to fast, or lessen your calories because you feel as though this will get you “ahead”. ⁣

2) Over-do it with the exercise. I recommend a certain amount of workouts a week, which is programmed for you! I recommend this amount for a reason! Going above and beyond that, can actually cause negative side effects both mentally and physically.⁣

3) IF YOU’RE NOT HAVING FUN, YOU’RE NOT DOING IT RIGHT! If this is the case, let’s change it up and create something you really enjoy! ⁣

I ALWAYS have your best interests and goals in mind. I promise I will help you get there in the safest and most sustainable way possible!

⁣Make sure you cancel your subscription to all of the things, people and old patterns that no longer serve you✌🏻⁣

That sh*t will auto renew.⁣

For me, I’m leaving behind things, relationships, and patterns that have been UN-SUSTAINABLE.⁣

After being wired with “all or nothing” habits, perfectionistic mindset, and a people pleasing heart… I have been so sick and tired of disappointing myself over and over again. ⁣

2019 was a HUGE year for me, and I have learned a lot. But there are still so many patterns that need re-shaping and I am more determined than ever to make sure I do so.⁣

I’m learning to listen to my body when its speaking to me, and telling me when I need to slow down… even when its “inconvenient”. I tend to be an energizer bunny and feed off of adrenaline, which eventually, causes me to burn out.⁣
^this is unsustainable ⁣

I’m learning to stop and listen to my subconscious mind, and ask myself to choose a different thought when I am doubting myself. When things get hard, or aren’t perfect, all I want to do is convince myself that I am not capable, causing a dark hole of anxious thoughts and actions, leading to self-sabotage. ⁣
^this is unsustainable ⁣

I’m learning that my highest self, is always pulling me forward into my highest potential everyday, even if it is painful. It’s so much easier to stay in suffocating situations, because they are familiar. But in the end, it will never make you truly happy or fulfilled. You will always feel like something is missing.⁣
^ this is unsustainable ⁣

I’m learning that my time is valuable and its okay to be selfish, to say no, or not right now. I am the first person to want to drop everything and run to my friends and family who are in pain every single time. Because 1) I love them so much and want to help 2) Im scared they will leave me and not feel like I’m valuable to them. So I drop everything, even if it sabotages what I’m doing in that moment and in the future.⁣
^this is unsustainable ⁣

These are some of my biggest pain points, but I am determined to grow out of these patterns and really just create a life that is physically, mentally and spiritually:⁣

A lot of people relate to emotional eating with binge eating... but emotional eating is really consuming anything outside of health and hunger ⁣

You choose to make choices out of emotion every single day. ⁣

So having that 3pm chocolate bar (or two) everyday at work, is emotional eating ⁣

Or⁣

Choosing to have that glass (bottle) of wine when you come home after work, is an emotional choice ⁣

Or ⁣

Choosing to cut your calories in half and do extra cardio to compensate for the pizza you ate with you best friend last night... yeah that’s emotional eating⁣

I got 99 problems, and 98 of them are completely irrational and totally over thought, and made up in my head 😂⁣

Anyone else? ⁣

Stress and anxiety are one of the leading factors in life that cause negative and destructive behaviours. Which in turn, creates unhealthy and unhappy lifestyles. When we learn to deal with them, we become sooo much happier and so much healthier ❤️⁣

So these are 15 things I’ve learned (okay… continue to learn) to let go of such unneeded/chronic stress and anxiety in my life:⁣

1. If it feels wrong… don’t do it.⁣
2. Don’t be a people pleaser.⁣

3 LIFE LESSONS THE GYM TEACHES YOU… OTHER THAN HOW TO BE A BAD ASS (that’s a given ) 😎

💪🏻 PRACTICE & REPETITION CREATES CONFIDENCE.
🏋️‍♂️ In the gym:
The first time attempt a body weight squat it may be a little wonky…okay a lot wonky. There are so many things to things to think about all at once and it can be overwhelming. But then you practice, and practice, and before you know it, you’re squatting a plate each side.
🌎 In life:
The first time you attempt ANYTHING...it is going to be scary as hell and unfamiliar. But think about all of the things you can do with pure confidence now... the more you do it, and the ore you put yourself in those situations, the more confident you will be.

💪🏻RESISTANCE = STRENGTH
🏋️‍♂️In the gym:
When you apply any form of resistance (weight, bands, bodyweight etc.) to your workouts, you are breaking apart your muscle fibres so they can grow back bigger and stronger. So that you can continue to lift heavier and continue to progress
🌎In life:
You are going to face resistance in life over and over again… whether its asking for a promotion at work, going through a break up, learning how to navigate hard conversations and arguments. But each time you face that resistance, you grow stronger and stronger. You prove to yourself that you can always handle anything.

💪🏻YOU’LL NEVER REGRET SHOWING UP
🏋️‍♂️In the gym:
Although after a long day at work...it may be exhausting, it may be un-motivating, it may the worst workout you ever do… but you will never regret showing up for your workout.
🌎In life:
Doing the hard things SUCK sometimes. Being vulnerable and being authentic can be scary… and even if you are judged, ridiculed, told no 100 times… You will never, ever regret showing up for yourself, and putting yourself first.

3 WAYS TO MEAL PREP LIKE A BOSS ⁣

✅Buffet Style⁣
This is a quick and easy way to mix up your meals, pick and choose to keep things interesting!⁣
👉🏻cooking a bunch of chicken breast or the protein source of your choice so it’s easy to grab ⁣
👉🏻 cooking rice, quinoa, pasta etc so that it’s available to you ⁣
👉🏻 add in fresh veggies and fruit when you’re ready to eat ⁣

✅Assemble and Portion ⁣
This really helps when you don’t love eating leftovers and like to eat as fresh as possible, but still want to save time! ⁣
👉🏻 cut up vegetables or fruit and portion them into baggies, so that you can quickly and easily throw them into a stir fry or smoothies! You can even store them in the freezer to have them keep longer! ⁣
👉🏻 portion out your dry foods like nuts, seeds, dried fruit, granola etc. So it’s easy to grab as a snack when you’re on the run!⁣
👉🏻marinate and flavour your meat and put them in baggies that you can keep in the freezer or fridge for when you’re ready to use! ⁣

✅All in approach ⁣
This keeps its super easy and super simple for the person that doesn’t have a ton of time ⁣
👉🏻plan out all your meals and keep them pretty consistent throughout the whole week ⁣
👉🏻 make a big batch of 1 pot recipes like a stew, or chilli that’s really easy to make and position out through out the week ⁣
👉🏻 plan and pack your meals in Tupperware containers so they are ready to go everyday!
