Still trying to reclaim the FB page - with very little useful help from FB where you cannot even speak to a human!
Anyway, a reminder to request to 'friend' me if you want, and meanwhile, a short clip about edged weapon defenses. Unfortunately so necessary these days! Take these methods seriously and train then as if your life depended on them - it very well might! We have taught these very effectively in various Police Academy training sessions, with much time devoted to mastering them! Obviously I cannot show all the details in these short clips, so attend a seminar or get a USB to get more information.
You CANNOT simply learn an effective defense from a video! Lots of 'Hands ON' is necessary, and also training under pressure usaing safety equipment!
