Bolly Active is a Dance fitness program - Bollywood themed. Our mission is to provide a happy workout for all participants. Five different flavours exist:
Gold - low to medium intensity cardio workout
Fitness - medium to high intensity cardio workout
Tone - incorporates body weight training and light weight training to tone various muscle groups
Zen - breathing exercises
Yoga - stretching of muscles through simple Haatha Yoga
We use almost all flavours in class to make sure your muscles have the most productive workout in an hours’ time.
Calories burnt in a session can range from 450 to 600.
I (Bo) decided to become a Bolly Active Licensed Instructor for one simple reason - I love dancing, and I love making people smile. And Bolly Active helps me pursue my passion for dance, and teach others the benefit of dance fitness, which results in a fitter and healthier body. My day is made when I see my class members smile and laugh and go home sweating all the negativity off.
