When: Mondays and Wednesdays 10am.

Location: Dromana outdoor gym

Duration: 50min

Type: resistance training using weights, High intensity either low impact or high impact, compound movement kettle bell, Swiss, bosu balls, trx, boxing and calisthenics training. You will practice and master your own athletic moves for athletic tone and performance. Just what your doc ordered. ✅

Group: up to 6 people mixed (m/f)

Runs: November till April with public holidays off
