Who has overactive upper traps? πŸ™‹πŸΌ Learning how to train your lats and lower traps while removing the upper traps has been a tricky hurdle I have had to overcome the last few months. This variation of a row that you can do does the trick, and I have been loving it! Notice I am keeping my head slightly tucked down so that the upper trap is stretched and not able to contract as easily. That is also why I am keeping my torso slightly lower than parallel to the floor during this movement. Think about pulling with your lat towards the middle of your back and squeeze! πŸ’ͺ🏻
