One exercise in particular that I love to add to my glutes/hamstrings day is the Romanian Deadlift! This exercise will really help to push the booty out, giving it that nice round shape! Take it nice and slow so you can feel the stretch in your hamstrings, and follow with a glute squeeze as you drive your hips back to neutral position!
