This is the invention I came up with which is now made by YakGadget and available on their webpage for purchase. I have tested it the past three weeks now and have yet to have a single fish come close to escaping my net while secured in the device. I have had bass as large as 7 pounds and will continue to find bigger fish to prove it’s effective in bass management while on a kayak or SUP.
