Step into your best season yet with the ALFA | High School Summer Program, running from June 2 to August 21. Designed for football athletes in grades 9 to 12, this elite-level training program is built to elevate performance, reduce injuries, and prepare players to dominate the fall season—no matter their current skill level.
Athletes can choose to train 2 or 3 times per week, with 1-hour sessions held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 (7:30 - 8:30 - Female) PM.

Help your young athlete build a foundation of speed, strength, and coordination with our Youth Speed, Agility & Fitness Program, running from June 3 to August 21. Designed specifically for athletes in grade 8 and under, this program is open to all skill levels and provides expert coaching in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.
Held at Stanley Park by the Elboya Britannia Community Association (416 Park Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2S 1Z9), athletes can choose between 1 or 2 training sessions per week, each lasting 1 hour, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
This program focuses on developing the fundamental tools every young athlete needs to succeed across all sports:
• Running Mechanics to build efficient movement patterns
• Change of Direction Drills for agility and quickness
• Bodyweight & Light Resistance Exercises to safely develop speed, power, and strength
