Embodiment isn’t about flexibility.

It’s about feeling safe enough to listen.

To your breath.
To your body.
To what’s beneath the noise.

When the nervous system settles, clarity follows.

You don’t need to push harder.
You might just need to feel safer 🤍

Really cannot wait for next Saturday night with Dragonfly Wellness. These evenings at the Inner Smile Project bring such peace and tranquility, a period of time to be in connection to your highest self, to let go of any heaviness you're carrying, to be in connection with a love-centred community. If this speaks to your heart then join us, we'd love to see you there. If you can't make this event, the next will be on 28.03.26
