Ever thought that might come down to your foundation? Our feet and ankles are the base for our bodies. If you have a crack in your foundation the walls start to crumble correct? The same things happens in your body. If our feet and ankles are not strong we will have problems up the chain.
Yet when is the last time you worked your feet?
I have seen such a difference since doing Pilates and working out barefoot. My feet and ankles have so much more strength and flexibility to them which in turns is making my whole body, all the way up, feel better!
