Getting Motivated After Summer💪

Now that the beach photos are about to be out and fall photos are about to start rolling in our feeds, how do you actually keep the motivation to workout and life a healthy lifestyle going?😯

If I were the same me a year ago I would just shrug it off, stay in my lazy comfortable mode during the winter months and wait for January to give me that push that I need. I would make a hundred excuses in my head and say that I can just start working out in January and that would be enough time for me to actually reach my goals for next summer. In reality though, a few months isn’t nearly close to the amount of time that I need because working out and living a healthier lifestyle is a constant work. It doesn’t pause and go on a vacation and restart again when summer’s near.

It’s called a lifestyle because it’s an everyday thing. A healthy lifestyle is a choice of being aware of what you put in your body and knowing that you should take care of your body through and through while finding the right balance of it all.

So how do I get the motivation to workout after the summer’s over?
