What's the Holy Grail of fitness? According to a recent publication by sports medicine, Dr. Jordan Metzl, the answer is.......(watch to find out because Bunnell nailed the answer). The truth is we need muscle first. Muscle is the foundation of our metabolism and the fountain of youth. "As the muscle grows, the belly goes." Why? Because that muscle requires 2.5x the energy to run the body so your burning more all day. This is why muscle bound people are always claiming to eat so much! But we also need low impact cardio for our heart and lungs. We need HIIT to increase our performance and VO2 max. We need Yoga or some similar system(im not sure of anything better) to keep our range of motion and avoid injury. At MFS you get all 4, offered multiple times a day. You just sign up and show up!
