6 months later, 40 pounds down, and a whole lot stronger! 💪 🎉

Bree came to me looking to start a healthy lifestyle and learn how to strength train. She had struggled with health issues for several years, never really knowing the right things to do to help her body be healthy. Everyone thinks that they’ll lose momentum when they go on vacation. You’re not in the same routine, unhealthy food temps you around every corner, you may not know how to exercise in the area…the list goes on.

HOWEVER, excuses can only last for so long. You CAN make healthy choices while on a trip. You can still drink your water, eat your veggies, and get some steps in. If you’re driving all day, stop at a rest stop and stretch, maybe safely walk around for 10 minutes. If you’re flying, pause and do some pushups or sit ups, I promise no one cares at the airport!

During this holiday season, make the effort to be a healthier you. When you can make the choice to be disciplined on “tough” days, it a breeze all of the other ones!

I couldn’t be happier for this girl. She has accomplished a lot in taking her fitness to the next level after coming back from a life changing experience. My training is not just about the pounds she has lost but everything she has GAINed! Hitting a 200+ lbs deadlift is just one milestone of many she has achieved.

“I’m so thankful for Grace and her holding me accountable to gain my muscle mass back. As many of you know as of March 2022 I never thought I would be in the gym again. I’m super excited to share my progress of where I’ve came from vs now.”

I’m a HUGE proponent of making sure your mental health is just as healthy as your physical health. Scientists have proven we release dopamine when we accomplish things, even the smallest and simplest of tasks. So save, screenshot, or write these down for you to check off everyday to give you an extra boost!

Having to log different things on different apps is frankly annoying, am I right??? Down 25lbs!! I could not be more proud of this super momma of three! She started as a beginner looking. She was looking to find something for herself, and needing something to grow confidence in herself. How many of us have been there (especially after having kids)? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Here’s what she had to say about this transformation:

“One year ago, I was very uncomfortable in my skin, and starting that fitness journey was very nerve wracking. Without the supportive people in my life, I could not have made the progress I have made.

I have since fallen in love with my new found healthy lifestyle and will continue a healthy fitness journey for many years to come.”

I know it’s tough. Maybe you want to lose a certain amount of weight by the holidays or before you put on a bathing suit. Maybe you want to start making healthy meals and meal prepping this week.

Goals are great! However, we need to give ourselves a little grace if things don’t go according to plan. When it comes to health and fitness, it’s more so about the journey, direction, and growth rather than how quick we get there.

Small Group - Like to workout with a buddy but still want the benefit of working out with a trainer who will adjust a plan to meet everyone’s needs and limitations? Small group training offers similar attention and accountability of personal training but you get to work along side your training parter for fun and an extra push! 💪

Hey Everyone!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you feel inspired for your health and fitness journey! A little background information on myself. I am a National Academy of Sports Medacine certified personal trainer. My passion for fitness developed slowly. I wasnt a highschool athelte and when I started t0 workout I was insecure, self conciense and clueless. I have tried just about every avenue for fitness and many different diets. I orignally set out to loose weight and just feel better about my looks. Little did I know thats not what I needed and my fitness journey would change my life! I did all the wrong things for a while and yo-yo’ed on progress. It wasnt until I started strength training, that I started to see a possitive shift. I didnt’ let a scale define my happiness or progress. Learning the proper way to lift, how building muscle makes you feel and look, I was impowered!! After a few years of doing it on my own I wanted to share that empowerment with others so I took a jump and changed careers. I am so glad that I did! My passion is to help bring the empowerment and confience of what your body can do to others!!
