He has already lost approx 10-11 kg body weight and still getting stronger with each passing day. 95kg

Just 220kg and it was 4th set of leg press and look at the range of motion. Body weight is reduced from 132 to 121kg in 3 months and still he is improving with each passing day.

Look at his range of motion as we train kids also with proper form. He is just 17 years old and lifting 45kg and moreover he has lost 8kg body weight in 3 months. He follows sustainable diet which he can follow throughout his life as i customise accordingly.

This is how ladies roll in our gym. She is lifting 10kg db on each hand. She is 42 years old and started lifting decent weight in 45 days because we teach proper form along with proper diet what to eat or what not to eat. Stay tuned for more updates.

One more decent transformation done by our Gym "Strength Gym", Phillaur. We are doing hell lot of more transformation in our gym with proper training and nutrition plan. She has lost 3kg weight in 30 days, but she has lost hell lot of inches everywhere. I m so shocked when she sent me this pic yesterday. So i thought i should post this on social media, so that everybody should know how we are transforming them naturally in healthy way and they are becoming very strong everyday. If you visit our gym and u will get to know that every lady we are trainining is getting stronger each day as they are lifting heavy ass weights on legs press and on many more different machine with proper form.

Sometime we believe in running as well. We are trying our level best to take care of every aspects in the training like HIIT circuit, LISS cardio, endurance training and strength training(major focus).

This is how we train ladies as body anatomy is same for both gender but in small cities majority of the gym just focus on cardio s**t only and dont care about strength training. But they dont know it will lead to knees injuries if they focus only on cardio. Strength training plays major role if you want to lose fat and build decent muscle mass. Kid is getting stronger with each passing day. He is just 10 years old kid but his will power is way too stronger than his age. He always gives me smile whenever i give him difficult task to perform and you can also see in the video itself. He is also reducing fat and becoming active in his daily routine as confirmed by his parents. I m so happy to teach him basic training ideas and helping him to become strong in the most difficult body weight exercise like push-ups, squats, planks and many more.

I promise you guys that this gym will be the best gym in the goraya and phillaur city. Moreover gold’s gym phagwara is using some of their stations from Viva brand itself. We are putting so much efforts to give you well equipped gym along with best gym facilities like changing roooms, separate washrooms, air conditions, proper light system, well trained certified trainers with proper nutrition knowledge(which is missing in every phillaur and goraya gym) and last but not the least well disciplined and proper hygiene gym out there. Yes this will be the unisex gym and we are giving special time from 11am-2pm for housewives. I promise you guys that will give you best facilities and if i get support and love from you guys, then will definitely scale up to different level(u wont believe it).
Tag your friends, so that everybody should know that we “Strength” gym are opening soon your city only phillaur and it is very close to goraya city(hardly it will take 10 mins to reach at the gym location). Trust me guys viral this post as much as u can .
