5 Week Classical Mat Pilates Fundamentals Course for Beginners

Build Strength, Control, and Confidence Through the Original Classical Mat Sequence

Classical mat Pilates is a structured movement system developed by Joseph Pilates - creator of the Pilates method๎ˆ that focuses on breath, control, alignment, concentration, precision, centering, and flow. While the traditional sequence can appear advanced when demonstrated in full, the foundations are highly adaptable and accessible for beginners when taught progressively.

A 5 week classical mat Pilates fundamentals course introduces the essential principles and foundational exercises in a way that develops body awareness, core strength, mobility, posture, and coordination safely and systematically.

This type of course is ideal for:

* Complete beginners
* People returning to exercise after a break
* Clients wanting to improve posture and mobility
* Individuals seeking low-impact strength training
* Those interested in learning authentic classical Pilates technique

Just a beautiful weekend full of Cacao ๐Ÿ˜Š

This afternoon was my first circle combining the AMAZING Aerial hammocks!! Wow ๐Ÿคฉ The most beautiful womblike cocoon. A transportation to another consciousness ๐Ÿคฉ

Thank you everyone for coming and experiencing it with me ๐Ÿ’•

Was so great to test everything out, get practice in hanging and placing the hammocks to the right height etc. you donโ€™t know until you do. Just getting a feel for it all. And I loved it!!!!

Such a lovely night away! Chilling, chats, giggles, peace & quiet and with not a single soul in sight ๐Ÿ˜€ just what the doctor ordered for and I ๐Ÿคฃ

What a beautiful evening we got at this awesome place That view!!

Watched the stunning sunset then enjoyed the hot tub under a full sky of stars โœจ

Even stopped for lunch at the on the way down. My fish dish was unreal!

Rested and recharged for another wee while ๐Ÿคฃ
