Bonfires, bean bag toss, BBQ, ghost in the graveyard... Our BDAY BBQ was a great time last night! We didnt get many pictures as we were too busy having fun within all of our activities! But... thank you to everyone that came out to the 1st Crucial Instincts Athletics BBQ of this year!

Please help a member of our Crucial Instincts Athletics Community as they lost their house & belongings to a housefire while the family was attending the annual Crosslake St. Patrick's Day Parade. Sadly, the family also tragically lost their beloved dog-whom they've had since he was a puppy... Again, please help this family get back on their feet!
