It's warm. Really nice and warm. With a minimum temperature of 34 degrees, there's no goosebumps for parents or little ones so you can enjoy swimming without the shivering.

I can adapt the session to take account of how your child is feeling. Missed a nap? Tough morning at nursery? Not a problem. We can mix up the lesson plan to make sure your child gets the most out of the session and enjoys their time swimming, however they're feeling.

Do you dread having to get yourself dressed and get baby dressed after a swimming session? Hate struggling in a cold, wet costume while your newly-dried baby has to lie on the changing mat? I'm here to hold baby while you get yourself dressed meaning a calmer, more relaxed session for everyone.

It's more cost-effective! As I mentioned yesterday, every minute in the lesson is spent teaching your child water confidence and how to swim so your money isn't being wasted while another child in the group lesson is having their turn.

So many people ask me what makes private 1-2-1 swimming lessons different to heading to their local leisure centre or gym for group sessions. So over the next five days I'm going to answer that with five reasons.

Here's Day 1:
There's no hanging around! Lots of parents tell me their little one doesn't enjoy waiting for their turn in group sessions and they get bored. That's never an issue here as every minute is spent focused on your child so no time is wasted!
