“I can’t believe I did that.” I did.

I healed my 4-year long addiction to he**in, despite the odds.

Lived completely off grid for 7 years.

Opened my own antistress center with zero experience or budget.

Led my center successfully for 11 years.

Bought a one way ticket to asia and sold out my first retreat I organized here.

Got a land in Bali and built a house here.

And yes, I said no to people when they expected my yes.

Sometimes I disappointed others, to honour my truth.

Now, when I’m back in Slovenia I’m visiting the places that I’ve walked hundreds of times.

And I feel myself so different.

I’ve explored so many places, travelled to so many destinations and tried so many things.

This is my path, and everyone finds their own.

But it’s worth being an explorer of life because we gain our own experiences and eventually arrive at the answer:

“Okay, this is mine.”

Many people are afraid to explore because they think trying ten different things might be too much.
That they should simply choose one and focus on it.
Yes it’s easier when we focus on one, two or three things instead of ten.

But for some of us, it takes time—years, even—to discover those one, two or three things. And that’s okay. That’s okay.
I deeply, deeply support exploration and gaining your own experiences. Often, we have no idea. We truly have no idea.
So… surrender, trust and keep taking steps.
Sooner or later, sooner or later, it comes.

There’s a difference between something bringing us peace and something helping us avoid what disturbs our peace.

Recognising that difference requires radical honesty.

So yes, find the work, people and places that bring you peace.

But ask yourself:

Is this truly nourishing me?
Or am I hiding here because I don’t want to face the rest of my life?

Sometimes, the very thing that gives us peace is also the thing we’re hiding behind.

Work can be a safe space.
A place where we grow, process and come back to ourselves.

But it can also become an escape from the parts of life we don’t want to face. Our relationships, our wounds, our choices or simply ourselves.

I’ve seen people work eight or ten hours a day, come home exhausted and ask to be left alone because they’ve worked so much.

From the outside, they look successful. Accomplished. Financially secure.
But work has become more than work.
It has become their comfort, safe place…
And identity.

And then the question is:

Who are we if the thing we’ve built our identity around is suddenly no longer there?

I know this from my own life too.

For years, my antistress centre was like my baby. It gave me a safe space to process, grow and make deep inner shifts. But it was also a form of comfort.

I often wondered who I would be if it were taken away from me.

Life didn’t have to take it away. After around twelve years on this path, I became ready to explore who I was without constantly doing.

Sometimes, letting go of an identity is how we finally meet the person underneath it.

My life began to change when I said “yes” to myself at the age of 19 and healed my 4-year long addiction to he**in. I’ve devoted my life to exploring and living my truth and to serving you by creating journeys in which you step closer to yourself.
