I will soon be offering a self defense workshop for woman.

This workshop will be an ongoing developments for woman who feels that they need some form of skill in defending themselves.

Of course, just yesterday in a store I was purchasing a few camping equipment at Cape Union Mart and, noticed 3 girls popping in for a pepper spray purchase.

Fair enough, but could still be a hazzard to yourself and surrounding.

The workshops will be free for woman.

Venues have not yet been confirmed, as it is a new approach for the woman of the public.
