Like many dads, John struggled to find the balance between his career, family time, and his health. That all changed when he took the leap to transform not just his physique but his entire outlook on what it means to be fit after 30. Here's the basics of what we implemented
John's journey wasn't about drastic changes but smart, sustainable tweaks:
Calorie Smarts: We figured out John's maintenance calories and cut just enough to see results without feeling deprived.
Protein Priority: John started focusing on protein, helping him stay full and energized throughout his demanding days.
Efficient Workouts: With only 2-3 days of strength training focused on compound movements, John saw gains without losing precious family time.
Step by Step: Increasing daily steps was a game-changer. John found ways to move more, making every step count towards his goal.
Rest for Success: Improving sleep quality was a game-changer for recovery and energy.
Water Wins: John made hydration a priority, feeling the benefits of being well-hydrated on his mood and metabolism.
John's transformation is incredible – 20lbs lighter, bursting with energy, and most importantly, enjoying every moment with his kids without feeling winded or worn out.
Fitness that fit his schedule.

Struggling with overeating? Try this:
Struggling with overeating? Try this: Be intentional about your food choices. Before you eat, ask yourself why you're reaching for that food. Is it for fuel, joy, to clear the fog, or is it a binge?
Got low back pain? Do this stretch daily!
Looking to stay motivated on your fitness journey?
First, it's important to set specific goals. Whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, or improving your overall health, having a clear target in mind will keep you focused and motivated.
Understand your "why" - why do you want to achieve these goals? Is it for better health, increased confidence, or to set a good example for your loved ones? Knowing your motivation will help you stay committed when the going gets tough.
Next, break your goals down into smaller, more manageable chunks. This makes them less overwhelming and allows you to track your progress along the way. For example, if your goal is to lose 20 pounds, set mini-goals of losing 2 pounds per week.
Celebrate each milestone and use it as fuel to keep going. Remember to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout your fitness journey. This includes not only regular exercise but also a balanced diet and enough rest.
Surround yourself with a supportive community, whether it's joining a fitness class or finding an online group. Having like-minded individuals to share your experiences and challenges with can make a world of difference.

Balance in all things!
Do things with patience and compassion. But do the work.
Are you KIDDING ME!!!! This is a 16 Week Transformation.
Elizabeth Felt like she had done EVERYTHING to shed the unwanted weight and get into a better place. She had tenancies of negative self talk and was stuck in what I call the "Feedback Loop from Hell"
Negative self talk-> Self sabotaging actions -> feelings of helplessness->Negative self talk. Starting and stopping so many different times over the years.
Maybe we can all relate to her at times.
We put a plan together and tweaked it as needed. We didn't try to do everything at once. We focused on the things that would make the most difference. The most bang for your buck.
She still enjoyed her food, she exercised the way SHE wanted to, and the results show her consistency.
She's down over 38lbs now but what this picture doesn't show is the change that she has made mentally. (You'll have to watch her "Client Experience" dropping in the next day or so to get the full scoop) But she went from the feedback loop from hell to positive self talk and encouragement. She went from hating taking pictures, to feeling comfortable and confident in how she looks.
A complete 180. Inside and out. And I couldn't be more proud.
If you have felt similar to how Elizabeth started, and want to start feeling feeling comfortable and confident in yourself and how you look, DM me and I can help you get there.
Mind Blowing 🤯 my client lost 20 lbs and got stronger by doing this...
When we first started working together she was frustrated because she had been trying to lose weight for years.
She was doing lots of cardio workouts, different diets, and calorie deficits, but nothing seemed to work....
Fast forward to today, she …
✅Used my 3 Pillar Blueprint Method to dial in her nutrition WITHOUT cutting out carbs.
✅Ditched the excessive tiring cardio workouts that just made her "sweat" or "burn calories" and instead used my Full Body Philosophy to get stronger.
✅Was able to go out to eat and enjoy foods she loved w/o feeling guilty or feeling like she had to "work it off".
Now, she's lost 20 lbs, and gotten a heck of a lot stronger, all without taking bs supplements, starving herself, guilt, shame, or "working out" more than 3x per week.
I'm putting together a training on how to build muscle, and burn fat consistently, while still having time for your kids, work, and everything else just like her.

In a world where we usually care more about reaching our goals, we often forget the importance of enjoying the journey. The saying goes, "A person who loves walking will go farther than someone who only cares about the destination." This means that when we focus only on the end result, we might miss out on the cool stuff we can experience along the way.
It's not just about physical walking; it's about the whole process of growing and learning. When we take our time and enjoy each step, we gain more than just reaching a goal. We learn to appreciate the little things, find happiness in the present moment, and discover amazing things we might have missed otherwise.
This idea applies to more than just trips. It's about personal growth, relationships, and finding out who we really are. If we're always in a hurry to get somewhere, we miss out on important lessons, connections, and chances to become better.
So let's be the ones who love walking. Let's take our time, enjoy the journey, and learn from every step we take. By doing this, we won't just go farther in distance, but we'll also become wiser, happier, and have a more exciting life.
How much would you sell your eyes for?
What about your arms or legs?
Or your ability to smell and taste?
Interesting questions, right?
If you’re like me, you may take your body for granted.
I wouldn’t sell my eyes for 10 million dollars.
Would you?
If you wouldn’t, then in a funny way we’re all “multi-millionaires.”
Now imagine if a personal trainer asked for a million dollars to work with you to protect and enhance your most valuable asset… your body.
Most people would think that’s crazy.
What’s REALLY crazy though is how much money some people will spend to actually destroy their health.
Smokers spend an average of $1.1 million dollars in their life on ci******es.
Or if you look at positive things many people invest in, having a cat or dog could cost between $14,400 and $41,000 over its life.
If smokers can find a million dollars to feed their addiction and if pet owners can find tens of thousands of dollars to care for their pet...
Then that tells me one thing: If you value something, you’ll do whatever it takes to support it.
So if you value your body, you’ll do whatever it takes to have it look and feel amazing.
Now ask yourself…
What’s it worth to look in the mirror and love what you see?
What’s it worth to avoid losing a limb to diabetes or avoid a sudden heart attack?
What’s it worth to jump out of bed each morning filled with energy?
Is it worth a little sweat effort if you knew you’d spend less than 3 hours a week exercising?
Is it worth a small financial investment if it saves you years of frustration trying fad programs that don’t deliver results?
Is it worth giving 30 minutes of your time to see if I could be the right fit to help you?
If so DM me

5 fitness truths that people dont want to believe
How many have you fallen for in the past??

How many of these do you agree with??
5 Unpopular Opinions presented by Conner Hansen
Something I hear pretty often, especially from men is that they feel like they should be able to do this on their own. They feel like if they ask for help they are somehow failing. It goes back to not wanting to be vulnerable. They think they may be less of a man if they can't achieve their fitness goals without help. However, it is actually the opposite. By admitting that you need help, and actually going through the steps of getting that help and achieving your goals, you show courage, determination, humility, and decisive action.... those words, to me, describe a leader. Those words describe more of a strong person than the individual who is too afraid to ask for help.
I felt trapped, lost, and hopeless.
In this video, I talk about why I do what I do.
Many of us feel this way at times.
We know we are meant to do more and be more.
Sometimes we just a little help in the right direction.
Having your wall up. Why being vulnerable is so important
I've never really shown my vulnerable side. I feel like it is somewhat looked down upon for men to do so. In this video, I share why that is going to change and why it is important.
I have tried everything.
What happens to us psychologically when we tell ourselves we have "tried everything"
