**Quick announcement for this week**

Classes will be held as usual this week AND we are having a parent and member appreciation night from 6:00pm-6:20pm on Thursday evening in the Illinois Valley YMCA lobby. If you bring your kids to our classes, or if you participate in any of our classes, come eat some pizza with us! We will have pizza and drinks! We hope to see everyone there!

Hello everyone! We hope everyone had a nice break! We are resuming classes as usual this week, except kids' Jiu Jitsu classes will now be starting 15 minutes earlier. We look forward to seeing everyone back on the mats! Here's the updated schedule:

*A few important announcements please read*

1. There are no Jiu Jitsu classes from August 3rd to August 17. Next Jiu Jitsu class will be on the 18th. Fees for the month are 50% off.

2.. When we resume Jiu Jitsu classes on the 18th, kids' classes will be 5pm-6:15pm on Tues, Wed, Thur, and 11am-12:15pm on Saturday.

3. Striking Fundamentals will officially resume on the 17th of August but Coach Juan should be back by the 10th of August to resume classes.
