Columbus Pride

To our loyal lion fans, we have decided to take a year away from the Premier Ultimate League and not take the field for official games in the 2024 season.

We hope to return to the field for the 2025 PUL season with refreshed energy and continue our momentum to showcase the incredible talent of ultimate players in Ohio and beyond. We plan to take the next year to reorganize our ownership structure, secure additional funding sources, update our mission/vision statements and goals, engage with our community, and strategically plan and begin to execute how to accomplish these goals in sustainable and equitable ways.

We will keep our players, staff, followers, fans, and community informed on our off-field actions and status as we progress throughout the next year.

It's the best weekend of the year: Poultry Days! We are so excited to take on Atlanta Soul for the showcase game at the Poultry Days tournament this weekend. The game will be streamed on the PUL youtube channel. Can't wait to see you all in Versailles!

Our home opener vs Nashville NightShade is this Saturday! We can’t wait to get back on the field at our home stadium Fortress Obetz. We will have yard games for fans to play before the game and at half time, and drinks, food and merch for purchase. Purchase tickets on our website (link in bio).

We'll be kicking off this season with a mixed hat tournament. Come join us for a round robin-style 5 v 5 tournament. Participating Pride players will be spread out throughout the teams. Today, Pride recognizes Transgender Day of Visibility. Pride celebrates all the incredible trans and non-binary athletes on our team and in the sport of ultimate. So many trans athletes in this country are at risk for being excluded from sports competitions. Columbus Pride stands against all anti-trans bills and demands equal opportunities to play for all athletes.

Today, in solidarity with all trans athletes in Ohio, we ask that you call your state representative and demand that they vote no on House Bill 6! More information about this bill and who to call is at the link in our bio.
