Week 1 of my Summer Lock-In complete 🔒

Last week by all means wasn’t perfect.

I missed boxes.
I still spent too much time scrolling.
There are still things I need to improve.

But I also built momentum again.

The studio is up and running.
The Lock-In group is growing.
My training is consistent.
My Arabic is improving.
And for the first time in a while, I feel like I have some direction again.

One thing that stood out from reading through everyone’s goals in the Lock-In group is that they already know what they need to do (I’m not setting any tasks in this group, it’s self led goals & actions, with me providing prompts and accountability)

But the challenge for most women is just staying consistent enough to actually do what they know they need to do, right?

If you’ve been feeling a bit stuck, a bit lost, or like you’ve spent the first half of the year constantly saying “I’ll start next week”...

The Summer Lock-In group is still open

Comment LOCK IN below and I’ll send you the link so you can join the other gals & thrive through the summer instead of staying stuck and waiting for September 🤍✨

A productive week.

From training/running, putting together my little PT room 🥹, a midweek cheesecake factory, lots of Noah cuddles & a quiet weekend to finish.

The real highlight of the week is on the final photo😉

Most women in fat loss think that they need to avoid meals out and restaurants to maintain their progress (esp places like the cheesecake factory),

But actually, all you need is a few simple strategies to help you enjoy a meal without overeating & turning it into a weekend s**t show…

Most of the time the meal in isolation isn’t the problem,

It’s the mentality that follows it after you know you’ve fxuked it up…

Start again on Monday mentality,

The “well I’ve ruined it now” mentality,

But you can stay in shape long term and still eat out,

You can enjoy a meal without guilt & overthinking, and without ruining your progress,

And this is why I focus on things like this:

🤍 portion control
🤍 protein
🤍 sharing is caring
🤍 mindful eating
🤍 leaving satisfied and not in a food coma

& unlike the next strict diet you try, these are small habits that you can use for the rest of your life…

So if you’re eating out this weekend and on a journey of your own to lose or maintain your weight & composition,

Try these principles & don’t f**k up the weekend 😉

DM me the word “THRIVE” if this is an approach that you could get down with when it comes to weight loss ☺️

13 years later…

From weight training as a sprinter

to get faster,

stronger,

and more powerful,

To my bikini girl era,

where training became much more about aesthetics.

Building muscle,

Growing glutes,

Stepping on stage,

And now?

I still train to feel confident in my body.

I still train to feel fit, strong and healthy.

But the older I get, the more I realise there are so many benefits to weight training that go far beyond just how we look.

To me now, it’s about building a body that feels strong.

that’s going to support me for the long term.

And whilst my reasons for lifting weights have changed over the years, one thing never has…

The enjoyment I get from lifting heavy ass weights 😅

DM me the word “COACH” if you want help doing the same 😉

Imagine where you could be by September if you actually just committed to the next 90 days?

Not the next 20kg.

Not the end goal.

Just the progress that you could make in the next 90 days.

That’s exactly why I’m creating a free Summer Lock-In WhatsApp group.

A place for women who want a bit more accountability, support and community over the next 90 days.

Because I have goals I’m working on,

& I know a handful of you are already locking in with me,

Just a group of women focusing on making progress (not just for weight loss) through June, July and August 🤍

Comment **LOCK IN** if you’d like to get involved and I’ll send you the link 🔒

One of the biggest signs of my own progress since this photo, isn’t the size of my waist or glutes anymore.

It’s the fact that food doesn’t take up so much space in my head.

This photo was taken almost exactly four years ago.

And whilst I was very lean, I was also very food focused.

Every meal mattered.

I would spend all day talking about the off-plan foods I wanted to eat after my shows.

I’d watch Jane’s Patisserie videos on YouTube whilst doing my morning cardio.

I was constantly thinking about what I could eat, what I couldn’t eat, what time I was eating, how much I was eating, and whether I’d “been good” that day.

My whole life revolved around food and my body.

Back then, I knew it wasn’t normal.

But eventually it became normal for me.

Now?

I still care about my health.

I still like feeling confident in my body.

I still enjoy training.

But food doesn’t consume me anymore.

Most days I eat healthy home-cooked meals.

Some days I eat a burger.

Most of the time I don’t even think twice about it.

Because this is food freedom 🤍

Healthy choices are normal for me.

Having a meal out and not choosing the healthiest option is also normal for me.

And for a lot of the women I coach, that’s actually what they’re searching for.

Not just weight loss.

Food freedom.

Confidence.

A life that doesn’t revolve around dieting.

Finally getting out of their heads about “good” and “bad” foods.

Not feeling guilty every time they eat something they enjoy.

Learning that you can lose weight, stay in shape, and still have a life.

Because whilst I loved having a tiny waist...

I love having freedom around food a whole lot more 🤍

Monday 1st June - Day 1 🔒

I’ve spent a lot of time recently thinking about where I want to be by September & the end of this year,

I set pretty big goals at the start of the year & I’m no where near reaching them…

It really was one thing after another this year,

The war happened - lost clients, no events happening, then to top it off the gym I used to use for my Sunday clients burnt down 🫠🔥

So I’m pivoting.

& I’m using the next 90 days to get back on track with my 2026 goals which currently feel so far away.

My clients are locking in with me to get insane results by September and not write the summer off because “ah well it’s summer now”

I decided to turn one of my spare bedrooms into a private PT studio, because why does one single gal need 3 bedrooms? Still finishing it off but it’s coming to life and will start being used on Wednesday eek 🥳

My routine with fitness & nutrition is okay atm, but with summer coming, and social life calming down, it can and will be more consistent,

Then the Arabic, learning Egyptian dialect, it’s just a fun side goal & something different for now, I’m not learning to read & write - just speak and listen… maybe read and write will come next year, it is HARD. But it feels good to be learning!!

I just want to be proud come September, to come out of this funk & have a full 90 days of showing up.

The year of the horse didn’t quite horse yet, but maybe now it will start 😅😅😅😅

Ok so your turn,

Drop in the comments something you want to achieve over the next 90 days - it can be as simple as “walking 10,000 steps”, it doesn’t even have to be fitness!

But I’d love to hear it & I can check in to keep you accountable too 😉

And if you’re really serious about the next 90 days and want to stop waiting, then join me for the summer lock - in…

DM me the word “LOCK-IN” and we can get to work ASAP.

Start the weekend THRIVING. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️ 🐶 🧊 🍳

There is a BIG difference between wanting to improve your body and health…

vs completely losing yourself in the process.

ive experienced both sides of that.

The photo on the left?
Yeah, I was much smaller.
Much leaner.

But that came at a price of being much more obsessed.

With myself,
With the process,
With the gym,
With tracking calories,

At one point, my whole life revolved around my body.

My routine revolved around my body.
My confidence revolved around my body.
Even my business revolved around my body.

I was doing 90 minutes of cardio a day, eating under 1,000 calories at points, using fat burners and assistance, and I wasn’t having regular periods for months at a time.

From the outside?

This was “GOALS”

The amount of girls who would comment that on my post’s & physique updates…

But reality?

I was exhausted.
& quite frankly looking back, not “goals” at all…

I genuinely thought getting leaner and leaner would eventually make me happier, more confident and more successful in myself & in competing.

But the goal post just kept moving & moving.

Now?

I still care about my body.
I still love feeling fit, healthy and confident.
I still love feeling good in a bikini and taking mirror pics

That hasn’t changed 🤣🤣

But what HAS changed is that I no longer feel like I need to punish myself or obsess over food in order to stay in shape.

I don’t spend hours doing cardio anymore.
I don’t under-eat.
I don’t avoid social events.
I don’t swing between extremes.

And weirdly, staying in shape became SO much easier once I found a middle ground that I could actually maintain long term.

A way of living where I can:
✨ stay healthy
✨ stay confident
✨ feel good in my body
✨ and still enjoy my life at the same time

Because you absolutely CAN want to lose weight, improve your body and feel more confident…

without letting it completely take over your whole life in the process 🤍

And honestly, this is exactly the same approach I now use with my clients too.

Realistic structure.
Flexible nutrition.
Balance.
Routine.
Results that actually last.

If you’re tired of swinging between extremes and feeling like fat loss is consuming your life, DM me “THRIVE” ✨

Staying in shape became so much easier once I stopped obsessing over fat loss and my body.

From someone who used to be obsessed with bodybuilding, being “shredded”, having stomach veins and constantly chasing the next physique goal…

to someone who now just genuinely thrives in her body, stays in shape without swinging between extremes, and actually lives a lifestyle she enjoys 🤍

Now I do both.

I train hard AND enjoy my life.
I stay consistent AND still go out for sushi, beach clubs and dinners.
I eat well AND still leave space for balance.

And weirdly… that’s exactly what’s helped me stay in shape long term, 2020 me could never believe 👀

This is now how I help my girlypops…

Women who have spent YEARS swinging between being completely “on it” with fat loss… to then falling completely off track and feeling like they’re back at square one again.

This approach has already helped hundreds of women lose weight and keep it off in a realistic and sustainable way, without saying no to socials, holidays or enjoying their life.

So if you feel like you’re still getting absolutely nowhere with fat loss, despite constantly trying…

DM me the word “THRIVE” and let’s chat 🤍
