The Nomads
Western NSW Opens Ultimate Founded in 2012, The Ultimatum is an Opens division Ultimate Frisbee team from western and regional NSW.
Their first and foremost goal is to increase exposure and the development of the sport in their region while also being competitive and enjoying playing Ultimate in a style of their own made famous in the area. The Nomads fell short due to injuries and other unforeseen circumstances and were close to pulling out of Nationals. BUT, in the true meaning of the word's origin: "competere", to strive together, from Latin: to meet, come together, agree, from com- together + petere to seek, the Nomads are proud to say they WILL COMPETE at Div 2 Nationals in Wollongong this weekend. Thank you to the wider Ultimate community for your support and to those who offered to help!

With Mixed season in full swing and our Wanderers playing some great Ultimate, there are whispers that the boys want to get in on the action the girls are getting! So I put it to you all, are you ready for a return of The Ultimatum? Because why should the Gypsies have all the fun? ;)
As the Open's and Women's seasons get into full swing, The Ultimatum is wishing the newly formed Inland Gypsies club all the best in their preparation for their campaign. Go get 'em girls! Show them that there's plenty of spirit out west!!
