Hello good people, my name is Donte(coach te’). Im a certified personal trainer( NCSF). My goal is to motivate, inspire, and give you some laughs.

The goal is to stay functional and independent for as long as possible. Weightlifting doesn’t have to be an extreme activity. As long as you are challenging your muscles during your workouts, you will let your body know the fitness journey isn’t over. EFFORT OVER EXCUSES ゚

High protein focused meals. My goal is to provide meals that can help a person lose weight and avoid fatty foods. My meals can help gain lean muscle mass if structured with the right fitness program.

Don’t think it’s too hard or you will start caring about your health and fitness later. Just put some EFFORT in your journey. Then say “F” those excuses.

When you workout focus on your form, rather not how much weight you are moving. Form with light light weight can give you more growth than lifting heavy weights and using bad form.
