1️⃣ Side-Lying Clamshells (with a band): 2 sets of 15 reps. Focus on driving from the back pocket of your glute, not your lower back.
2️⃣ Spanish Squats: 2 sets of 45-second isometric holds against a heavy band behind the knees to wake up the quads without joint stress.
3️⃣ Single-Leg Glute Bridges: 2 sets of 10 reps per side to stabilize the pelvis.
