Ready for Lift-Off | AERIALIS Kites If you’ve ever seen AERIALIS Team Flyers in action, you know that synchronized kite flying is essentially a high-stakes ballet in the sky.

The Nordic Kite Meeting can throw pretty much every possible wind condition at us during the week. Because let’s be honest: A kite meeting without at least one emergency spar repair would almost feel suspiciously organized.

Not bad at all, considering how much airtime some of these kites have seen over the years. The preparations continue — and now the four-line kites have gone through their annual pre-meeting inspection too.

This is the highlight of the entire kite season: one full week on the beautiful beaches of Saltum and Blokhus along the stunning west coast of Northern Jutland. The wide beaches, the sound of the North Sea, the dunes, the salty air, and dozens of colorful kites dancing across the sky create an atmosphere that is difficult to explain to anyone who has never experienced it.
