Wabi-sabi ... One of my favorite practices.
Rooted in Japanese Zen Buddhism, Wabi-sabi is the concept of finding beauty in imperfection, impermanence and states of natural decay.

COMING TO ALTOONA, PA🧡 ~ In times of global tension, it can feel overwhelming and even disheartening. In this special Qigong class, we will use the power of intention to gently clear feelings of anger and sadness — and generate kindness, love, and peace.
We'll start with healing ourselves — then extend it outward into the world.

✨A Mind-Body-Spirit Post: So, this is a BIG — and sometimes controversial — topic in the yoga world, and in many other mind-body traditions as well.
Yoga is changing. It always has been.
In this discussion, I share my POV on why this is a inherently necessary unfolding of this ancient tradition
🌿 What’s your take on yoga’s evolution — and how is your own practice or teaching evolving?I’d love to hear in the comments.
