We are a women's walking football club located in Basingstoke. What is Walking Football? This includes with the ball or off the ball and includes jogging.
Everyone welcome from those who have had some time out from the game, stepping away from running football to those that fancy giving football a try for the first time. Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times. Benefits of Walking

Disrupted travel didn’t deter our travelling squad today! 😅 A fabulous afternoon of walking footy at the The Arsenal Hub. Thank you to The Arsenal ladies for the invitation and brilliant hospitality. It was also lovely to meet and play against the Coventry ladies 🙏⚽️💙🧡To be continued… 😊
