After seeing the positive impact that training has had on his wife Denise and experiencing the incredible sense of community during our Wellness Days, Joe decided it was time to give Alloy a try.
Joe just completed his first workout with us and is already taking the first steps toward building a consistent fitness routine, increasing his strength, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
