It’s only when we actually learn calming our mind to focus on our own breaths that we start feeling the difference!
Balance is never about just the physical posture, it’s strange how human mind can govern so much about the body!

Chaturangadandasana is at the core of Ashtanga practice. It’s no less than a push up that supposed to be maintained for a few breaths and needs great form and strength.
I teach a variation of it in my class to ease out in the beginning and slowly advance towards the actual posture!!
Peace is within you!!
Take a moment with yourself, focus on your own breath for a while!
Imagine each inhalation carrying joy to every muscle of your body and each exhalation takes away any stress in any part of your body!
Just 60 such deeper breaths and tell me how good you feel post that!!
Keep going!
When you lose something, what helps is finding happiness in what all you still have!! We tend to take things for granted, forgetting how many people are struggling to get those that we are blessed with - just this shift in thought can make all the difference!!
Stretch a bit and let that good energy sink in!!
