It still amazes me to experience how yoga helps us be “our true selves”!

Not knowing our own body and mind is so natural that we don’t even realize it!
It’s only when we actually learn calming our mind to focus on our own breaths that we start feeling the difference!
Balance is never about just the physical posture, it’s strange how human mind can govern so much about the body!
