No Pain, No Gain? Your Body Would Like a Word. Experts say it’s crucial to listen to your body to avoid injury. But what does that really mean, and how can you put it into practice?

Lizards, Monkeys and Bears, Oh My! Try the Animal Movement Workout. Crawling around like a crab or gorilla has become a bona fide exercise fad. It looks a little silly, but it’s also a serious workout.

Tomorrow’s class will focus on stringing together the order. We will work on pairing up exercises and creating clusters with the aim of performing a continual mat sequence with no pauses or stops. See you at either 8:15 or 9:30!

Pilates teacher home gym corner. Weights, mat, balls, clubs, bands….And yes, there’s another corner with other things….

Classes start back on January 16th with 2 options on Tuesdays. 8:15 or 9:30 a.m. I am delighted to offer you Pilates at the beautiful Trinity Commons near Wall Street. This winter I will be adding class themes. Class will still be open level, with my full repertoire of Pilates exercises. The themes are intended to help you deepen your understanding of the classic Pilates mat work and get the most out of the method. RSVP is not required for the Jan 16th class. If it will be your first time joining, come a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and don’t forget your ID! Mats provided and there are changing rooms as well.
