Welcome to dancebodz fusion fitness classes. Taught by Leanne Lipworth, professional dancer and teacher with over 15 years experience, the class draws from the best of pilates, dance and dance-cardio fitness styles to provide all the toning and cardio you'll need in the ONE CLASS.
