Sunrise sup at New Brighton lake.... Ok more like brunch paddle...
The sun was blazing, water was cool.... Not that anyone fell off
Beginning sup or would like a bit more of a technical session... Let us know and we will help out....

So.. we went for a walk over to the islands last night, quite a special place.... Do you fancy a SUP over there...?

Wirral Kayak Challenge Event
Started by myself back in 2012, with 7 friends,
so many participants have taken part over the years,
all raising money through sponsorship for
local charities
which aprox stands at
£90.000

We also injunction with
4th Heswall Sea Scouts.
Wirral Kayak Kids.

Started a kids kayak event in 2021-- 8 to 17yrs
which we only do this for
Stick n Step
(children with cerebral palsy)
raising money through sponsorship for kids,
WK marine lake.

Fast forward to 2026
we have 28 buisnesses involved with our kayak event
so many people behind the scenes,

We also involve
Natural England (wildlife)
Crown Estates (beaches)
Dee Harbour Master
Wirral Borough Council.

Registration will start from Thursday night 12th of June
At the Railway pub Meols 7.30pm to 9.30pm every Thursday night upto
2nd of July,

Experienced paddleboarders welcome.

Make the most of the weather especially on Sunday morning we have SUP Lessons and if you want to float around the lake see you there.

Great atmosphere down at New Brighton lake. The Wirral marathon...half marathon 10k run was on. Amazing athletes.
On the water a perfect session calm and choppy waters, really good conditions to have on a session.

It's looking a little bit good for a Sunday morning sup session.

A couple of the suppers went on an Aqua paddle today....a warm welcome from the organisers, boards pumped and safety brief, 3,2,1 away.
Afterwards the book came out,
"Paddle in the north of England"
