Last Thursday, our Junior Suns had an incredible opportunity as former Marquette University star Chloe Marotta led our weekly clinic. Chloe spent the evening teaching our girls the fundamentals of basketball while keeping the drills competitive and fun.

Our 3rd-9th graders were inspired and motivated by her expertise and passion for the game. A huge thank you to Chloe for making the night unforgettable!

Last night at Green Tree Elementary, our 2nd grade clinic hit week two, and the energy was through the roof! Here are some snapshots of our budding stars in action. Thanks to all the kids for bringing their best and making each moment count! 🏀

Calling all 2nd Grade Girls in West Bend!

Join us for an exciting beginners' basketball clinic with the West Bend East Jr. Suns Youth Girls’ Basketball Program. Whether your daughter is dribbling for the first time or looking to sharpen her skills, this program is designed for her!

Grade Level: 2nd Grade
Location: Green Tree Elementary Gym
Time: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Dates: March 6, 13, 20; April 3, 10, 17, 24; May 1 (8 weeks total, excluding March 27 for Spring Break)
Cost: $60

Your future basketball star will get:
- A weekly slot in our beginner-friendly practices
- Her very own basketball
- A cool Jr. Suns T-shirt

Varsity head coach John Heinberg will guide each player through the basics of the game, including ball handling, passing, and shooting. But most importantly, we're here to have fun and foster a love for the game in a supportive environment.

Our 5th grade Maroon team celebrated 1st place at the Kewaskum Tournament yesterday—finishing undefeated at 3-0 to take the Gold Medal! Beyond their flawless record, it was the heart and teamwork they displayed on the court that truly set them apart. Congratlations girls!

This Saturday, January 27th, is a huge day for our young athletes as we host the 5th and 7th Grade End-of-Season League Tournaments at West Bend High School. It's your chance to witness the passion, the energy, and the incredible talent of our youth in action!

🗓️ Tournament Schedule Highlights:

8:55 AM - 7th Grade takes on Port Washington
11:40 AM - 5th Grade Maroon faces off against Valders
12:35 PM - 5th Grade Gold goes head-to-head with Kohler
Tournament games kick off at 8 AM and games will continue until 7 PM.

Come out, show your support, and cheer on our East 5th and 7th Grade teams! Let's fill the stands with community spirit and encouragement for these amazing young athletes.
