Remember your first class is free (arrive 5 mins early)
Otherwise classes are £5

So pumped for tonight! It's been a long hot week and it's really slowed me down, so I'm ready for an amazing playlist tonight!

I've asked how the ceiling fans work, and I'm off to Screwfix in a bit to get an additional floor fan. If I remember to bring them there will be ice poles (freeze pops) too!

Want to exercise, but can't bear the music in the gym or traditional exercise classes? Then this is the class for you! Dance, punch, kick, squat to an awesome Rock and Metal soundtrack - guaranteed to get the heart pumping and the spirit lifted!

Launch class Saturday 1st June, 10:30am (with further Saturday classes planned for 22nd June and 13th July if there's interest in these - I'm not averse to running a weekly class if demand is there)

Weekly Friday evening class: 18:00 - 18:45 you can be home by 7pm for your weekend shenanigans to commence, safe in the knowledge that you've earnt them!

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and we're a really inclusive bunch so don't be shy - give it a go, and we'll make you feel really welcome!

First class is free, and it's £5 a session after that. I do need you to fill out a form beforehand with medical details and emergency contact details, but I can send you this in advance if you prefer. Email [email protected] for more details.
