As President of CPSM I would just like to say a continuing thank you to parents and players for their ongoing support of our club and the continued support of Penrith Basketball Association.
Until the mediation between PDBA and PVRSC is finalised by the end of November our competitions and training will continue in the current arrangement.
PDBA and the Clubs are working together to make things work and if we all work together it will work.
BNSW are still supporting PDBA and that is what we need to continue.
If there are changes occurring in the near future we will keep you updated.

Hi CPSM Families,
A reminder to please take all your items with you when you leave games.
This includes rubbish. There are bins located at every venue.
Staff should not have to spend a large amount of time each night cleaning venues before they can lock up and head home.
Lets all respect the venues we are lucky enough to be able to play at.
Thanks for your cooperation 🏀

Let the coaches do the coaching
A note from the Office of Sport
Coaches are the ultimate jack of all trades!
Respecting our coaches is this week’s Shoosh for Kids focus – and with National Volunteer Week coming to a close this weekend, it’s the perfect time to recognise the vital role they play.
Coaches are volunteers who give up their time week after week to help kids build skills, confidence and a love of sport. Their impact goes beyond the field, shaping how young people learn, grow and work as a team.
This week, we’re encouraging families to support coaches by letting them do the coaching. From the sideline and on the way home, keep your messages positive and aligned with what coaches are teaching.
As we wrap up National Volunteer Week, take a moment to thank your coaches for the time, care and energy they put into developing kids both on and off the field. When we support them, we help create a better experience for everyone.
Check out this awesome piece of content from The Football Association focusing on respect for coaches, setting a good example for players and parents through actions during a match.
