The original founding Renegade Rollergirls. NO penalties, NO holds barred roller derby! Since 2004 We are always recruiting fresh meat to join our team.
The Renegade Rollergirls formed in the summer of 2004 from a group of the top skaters in Arizona. The league prides itself on high ethical procedures, organizational structure, and all-around skater well being. Our current sister leagues are: The San Diego Renegades, Tucson Renegades, Outlaw Renegades, Redrum Renegades, Bend Oregon Renegades, Klamath Oregon Renegades, Nickel City NY Renegades, and
Eugene Oregon Renegades. Our mission statement: "The Arizona Renegade Rollergirls strive to inspire and motivate women of all shapes and sizes to be the best they can be; and create a sisterhood like no other." We welcome all skaters from any leagues to drop in on our practices and skate with us. We feel all skaters have a love for the sport and can share many best practices with each other. We can train anyone, no experience necessary, you just need a positive attitude. We are a part of a nationwide grass roots effort to revive the sport of roller derby, Renegade aims to give back to the community that supports our efforts not only with charitable contributions but with an all American no-holds-barred style of roller derby. The Renegades are a non profit organization. We have been featured on the A&E show "Rollergirls" and ESPN Sports Center.
