Clutch Hitting Propels NW Bandits Championship Victory Over Seattle Pirates
Mike Livingston drove in five runs on three hits to lead the Bandits Baseball Club past the Seattle Pirates 23-5 in the 25+ Cactus Division Championship. Livingston singled in the first scoring one, singled in the second scoring one, doubled in the fourth scoring two, and walked in the sixth scoring one.
The Pirates got on the board in the first inning after Kenny McCormick doubled, scoring one run, but their lead was short lived. The Bandits flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring 10 runs on seven hits to take the lead, 10-1. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Devan Khoma on an 0-2 count that drove in two. A single by Livingston extended the lead to 11-1 in the bottom of the second inning.
Thw bandits erupted again in the sixth, scoring eight runs on five hits. Michael Stewart drew a walk, scoring one run, James Edwards doubled, scoring two runs, a passed ball scored one run, Nic Bereaud singled, scoring one run, Mike Livingston drew a walk, scoring one run, and Chris Baker singled, scoring two runs.
Juan Garcia earned the win for the Bandits. The pitcher allowed five hits and one run over four innings, striking out one and walking three. Stew Sweet, Michael Lafranchise, Rylin Dukes, and Jordan Peterson each helped close the door on the Pirates season in relief.
The Bandits amassed 19 hits in the game. Mike Livingston and Nic Bereaud each collected three hits, and Michael Stewart, James Edwards, Josh Mandin, and Devan Khoma each collected two hits. Josh Mandin paced the Bandits with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, collecting eight walks for the game. Michael Stewart stole three of the five bases in the game. The Bandits also turned one double play in the game.

Sixth-Inning Spurt and Dominant Pitching Lead NW Bandits Baseball Club Past Antelope Valley Phillies
NW Bandits scored five runs in the sixth inning, which helped them defeat Antelope Valley Phillies 7-1 on Saturday in a quarterfinal match up. Jordan Peterson doubled, scoring two runs, an error scored two more, and Josh Mandin doubled, scoring one.
The Bandits got on the board in the bottom of the second inning after Josh Mandin hit a sacrifice fly, and Brent Dickey singled to center field, each scoring one run.
Michael Lafranchise was dominant on the mound going the complete 9 innings for the club. The pitcher gave up five hits and one run, striking out five and walking two. While the Bandits were only up 2 most of the game, Lafranchise made the game feel out of reach for the Phillies. No Phillies batter was able to amass more than 1 hit in the game.
The Bandits collected 10 hits in the game. Josh Mandin and Mike Livingston each collected two hits with Josh Mandin and Jordan Peterson each driving in two runs a piece. The Bandits were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error.

Strong Hitting Not Enough As NW Bandits Baseball Club Falls To Sonoma County Mariners
NW Bandits fell 10-6 to Sonoma County Mariners on Friday despite out-hitting them 15 to 12. Josh Mandin led the club with three hits.
A single by Mike Livingston put the Bandits on the board in the top of the second but Sonoma County flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the third, scoring five runs on five hits to take the lead, 6-1.
Jake Kimbrough pitched five innings in relief for the Bandits. The pitcher gave up three hits and four runs (two earned) while, striking out four and walking two. Rylin Dukes took the loss in the game. The hurler went three innings, allowing six runs but only two earned on nine hits, and walking one.
The Bandits collected 15 hits in the game. Pat Kestell, Josh Mandin, Jake Kimbrough, and Mike Livingston each drove in one run and Brent Dickey and Devan Khoma each collected multiple hits alongside Josh Mandin's three. The hits were unfortunately not enough as the Bandits left 10 runners on base during the game and only batted .273 with runners in scoring position. The Bandits also hit into 4 double plays throughout the game.
The Bandits will advance to the playoff round as the #2 seed out of the B bracket and earned a bye as the #4 overall seed.

Bereaud a Difficult Out as Bandits Baseball Club Defeat Kansas City Blues
Nic Bereaud collected three hits in four at bats, as The Bandits defeated Kansas City Blues 14-6 on Friday morning. Bereaud singled in the first inning, doubled off the wall in the sixth inning, and singled in the third inning.
Bandits opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to three singles one being Jordan Petersons', scoring two runs.
The Bandits added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Corbin Walker singled down the left field line, Pat Kestell singled to center field, and James Edwards perfectly placed ground out, each scoring one run.
Juan Garcia earned the win for the Bandits. The starting pitcher gave up six hits and five runs (four earned) over seven innings, striking out six and walking one. Josh C took the loss for Kansas City Blues. The hurler went nine innings, giving up 13 runs on 23 hits, striking out two and walking one. Stew Sweet appeared in relief for the Bandits striking out 1 and allowing no hits.
The Bandits tallied 24 hits in the game. Brent Dickey, Mike Livingston, and Nic Bereaud each collected three hits, Corey Vee and Brent Dickey each drove in two runs, and Josh Mandin, Corbin Walker, Justin Marlow, and Jake Kimbrough each collected multiple hits. The Bandits ran wild on the base paths, amassing four stolen bases for the game and taking extra bags around the bases.
The Bandits will face the Sonoma County Mariners for their final pool play game on Friday looking to take the win the pool and take the #1 seed into the playoffs.

NW Bandits Baseball Club easily dispatched the Chicago Cyclones on Thursday, 28-2.
The Bandits got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Devan Khoma doubled, scoring three runs, Chris Dempsey singled, scoring one run, Curtis Jones hit into a fielder's choice, with one run scored, Chris Baker singled, scoring one run, and Brent Dickey hit a monster home run to right field, scoring three runs.
The Bandits added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Jordan Peterson doubled down the left field line, Devan Khoma singled to right field, Chris Dempsey singled to right field, and Justin Marlow singled to center field, each scoring one run.
The Bandits added two runs in the third. Ryan Hunt singled to left field on the sixth pitch of the at-bat, making the score 15-0.

Brent Dickey drove in six runs on three hits to lead NW Bandits Baseball Club 18O past New Mexico Mariachis 18O 17-2 on Wednesday. Brent Dickey singled in the second scoring two, singled in the fourth scoring two, and doubled in the sixth scoring two.
New Mexico Mariachis 18O got on the board in the first inning after #23 singled, scoring one run.

Pitching Dominant as NW Bandits Beat Seattle Pirates
Both teams were strong on the hill on Wednesday, but the Bandits defeated Seattle Pirates 2-1. Michael Lafranchise started the game for rhe Bandits and recorded 21 outs.
Bandits didn't take the lead until later in the game. They were down 1-0 in the bottom of the sixth inning when Michael Stewart doubled, scoring two runs.
Seattle Pirates opened the scoring in the third after Josh Benson singled, scoring one run.
Michael Lafranchise earned the win for the game. The starting pitcher allowed six hits and one run over seven innings, striking out six and walking two. Rhowe Stefanski took the loss for Seattle Pirates. The pitcher went seven innings, surrendering two runs (zero earned) on six hits, striking out five and walking one. Corey Vee collected the save.
Michael Stewart led NW Bandits Baseball Club 18O with two runs batted in. The center fielder went 1-for-1 on the day. James Edwards led the Bandits with two hits in three at bats.
