The Confession I’ve Been Dreading and How It’s Setting Me Free….

Even though I have been coaching and training professional coaches for over two decades, have over 10,000+ hours of coaching experience, written books and have transformed clients from over 33 countries….

I have to confess…

I’ve been playing small, and not yet making the impact I know I’m meant to make.

I’ve been holding back—keeping quiet about the challenges I’ve faced, the breakthroughs that shaped me into the coach I am today, and the challenges I see in the coaching industry.

I haven’t shared the depth of my story, or why I’m so fiercely passionate about helping others step into their mastery and radiate their brilliance.

But that changes NOW.

I’ve made the bold decision to step into greater visibility and share more of my journey with you—because I know that so many talented coaches out there are feeling stuck, held back, and frustrated by fear, doubt, insecurities, and limiting beliefs….

Coaches who want to feel masterful, confident, and create consistent, transformational results for themselves and their clients….

Our thoughts and prayers are deeply with everyone still in the path of Hurricane Milton.

This moment is a powerful reminder of the butterfly effect—how even the smallest changes can ripple across the world, touching lives far beyond what we can see.

Just yesterday, after an exhausting 12-hour journey—twice the time it should have taken—we finally arrived in Atlanta at 7 am, evacuated by mandatory order.

The all-night drive was difficult, but what weighs heavier is the uncertainty for those still bracing themselves for what’s to come.

This storm, though its destruction feels local, has a global impact—reminding us how deeply connected we all are.

From coast to coast, from one country to the next, we are all part of something bigger. What happens here touches lives everywhere.

We’re praying with everything in us for the storm to lose its power, for the winds to calm, and for divine grace to wrap around and protect every single person affected.

May strength and hope find us in this chaos, and may we all be held in an unshakable sense of safety, unity, and peace.

In these moments, it’s clear that we are stronger together—because we are all in this together.

A big shift is happening, and with it, may resilience, courage and compassion rise in all of us. Stay safe, stay strong—we will get through this.
