After the fall of the Philippines in 1942, an American engineer named Wendell Fertig, together with thousands of Filipino fighters, organized a remarkable guerrilla movement across Mindanao. Cut off from help, they built their own army from scratch, improvising weapons, printing their own currency, and running a shadow government in territory the enemy could never fully control. 📻

Filipino soldiers and ordinary villagers were the heart of this resistance, gathering intelligence, ambushing patrols, and secretly radioing vital information to Allied forces preparing to return. Their courage tied down enemy troops and helped pave the way for liberation. 🇵🇭

The path of the Iron Shaman is the path of radical self-confrontation. True strength is found by entering your own darkness, transforming it into wisdom, and refusing to project your unresolved pain onto the world. Those unwilling to heal often create the very suffering they fear, mistaking control for power and domination for love.

When someone knowingly exploits a genuine empath or a being who leads with compassion, they reveal the state of their own consciousness—not the one they seek to diminish.

My encounters with individuals operating from fear, manipulation, and lower states of consciousness have not reflected integrity, respect, accountability, or empathy. I encourage everyone to make their own judgment, but I felt it was important to share my experience.

The Green Light Body is not about controlling others. It is about mastering oneself. Healing begins within. Transformation begins within. Freedom begins within.

Do not seek to **overstand** others.
Do not settle for merely **understanding**.

As I prepare to leave the United States and begin a new chapter in the Philippines on **July 6, 2026**, I do so alone—without knowing anyone there and with no living family remaining.

As I sort through a lifetime of memories, I am letting go of what I no longer need, giving many of my belongings to fellow veterans and others who may benefit from them. In many ways, this is more than a move—it is a release of the past and a step toward a new beginning.

The first photograph is of me as a baby, born on **July 9, 1976**. The second was taken when I was 16 years old. Looking back reminds me that life is never about the destination—it is about the lessons we gather, the hardships we endure, and the person we choose to become along the way.

Every challenge has been a teacher. Every loss has shaped my spirit. Every sunrise has been another opportunity to take one more step forward.

Life is a journey of learning, growth, and transformation. Take it one day at a time. Even the darkest paths can forge the strongest light within us.

First, I want to assure you that Iron Shaman – The Green Light Body is not a business. I am not permitted to work or earn income due to my VA disability status, and I have always respected those requirements. I have never charged anyone for guidance, teachings, or conversations under the name Iron Shaman – The Green Light Body, nor have I operated it as a commercial enterprise.

Iron Shaman – The Green Light Body is simply the name I use to describe my personal journey of healing, growth, and inner transformation. It reflects my lived experiences as an honorably discharged U.S. Marine Corps infantry veteran who has endured significant trauma, loss, and several near-death experiences. It is a personal philosophy and identity—not a business model.

To answer your questions directly:

Do I have students? No, not in any formal sense. Some people have followed my writings or videos over the years, and others have asked me questions, but I have never operated a school, coaching practice, or paid teaching program.

Is it a business? No. It has never accepted any income at all even when homeless on the streets, and I have never charged anyone for my time or knowledge.

How is it going? At this stage, it remains a personal path of healing and self-discovery. My focus is on becoming a healthier and more balanced person after many years of hardship.

Regarding our relationship, I do not view you as part of any business arrangement because there is no business. I approached your program as a student seeking guidance and healing for myself. My hope has been to learn, grow, and continue developing as a human being.

I innerstand that the name "Iron Shaman – The Green Light Body" may create questions or assumptions. The term is not intended to suggest anything commercial or manipulative. For me, "The Green Light Body" represents compassion, healing, and the cultivation of love, presence, and inner balance. It is my way of describing an inner path rather than promoting a product or service.

In addition to my own healing journey, I have also spent years speaking out as a nationwide whistleblower on issues I believed were important. Because of that, I have often felt that I put my own well-being and safety at risk in an effort to help others and stand up for what I believed was right. Whether others agree with my views or not, my intention has always been to act according to my conscience. Unfortunately, that path has often been lonely, and I have experienced significant criticism, rejection, and mistreatment rather than gratitude. Even so, I have continued trying to live according to my values of integrity, service, and compassion.

Over the years, I have experienced significant misunderstanding and rejection, and I have often found that people make assumptions based on a name without taking the time to know the person behind it. Despite those experiences, I have always tried to act from a place of sincerity and service.

As a former Marine, I also recognize that I carry a strong warrior nature. Through years of personal work, I have consciously devoted myself to channeling that strength into discipline, healing, and compassion rather than anger. That inner work is one of the reasons I was drawn to your program. I hoped it would help me continue growing, healing, and finding greater balance.

I walk my own path. I do not build alliances with those whose actions contradict their words. I watch how people treat the vulnerable. I watch how they speak about others when they think nobody is listening. Character is revealed through action, not titles, uniforms, positions, or empty promises.
The greatest sickness of this age is not poverty—it is the normalization of corruption, division, and spiritual blindness. Too many have become comfortable living among deception while calling it progress.
